seemed quite positive. both docs were very kind. they made sure they stayed on the topic of my knee. in the physical exam, i was lying down. couldn't actually see where the surgeon had his hands. he inadvertently pressed his thumb right where the nerve is so sensitive. i actually screamed and burst into tears. as don said, that was a good thing as it showed them just how sore the knee still is.
I agree with Don - that surely can't have been a bad thing! You don't fake a reaction like that! And how's Don's shoulder today?
When will you have to go for the final settlement?
his shoulder seems better. at least the ache from the injection has gone. he was able to drive the car today, no problems.

i also had a pretty severe cramp in the quads doing the movements they were asking me to do. as i said to them, my range of movement is good, i can go up and down stairs. i cannot stand for long periods, i cannot walk on concrete, and i cannot drive for more than about 15 minutes.

i went in there fully intending to not cry, but as i said to them, by way of an apology, i simply cannot take any extra pain.

i told them, i want on-going physio, and on-going hydro, and i want the pain specialist to treat the pain. they asked why i hadn't been back to see my surgeon. i said it was not the actual bone surgery which is giving me so much pain. it is the damaged nerve. and for that i ne4 a pain specialist.
something tells me you don't have to worry about the outcome. Sounds to me like they took it seriously and got a realistic sense of your pain.

But I have coverage now and my dentist is so nice, when I didn't have insurance he charged me a nominal fee to fix this bonded tooth before.

And the pet insurance is a joke... it is a 50 dollar/month premium and it allows you 6 thousand dollars in one year, but the catch is you can only tap into for one bill, no matter what the bill is worth, and you cannot access those funds again till the year rolls over, so it is pretty useless.
For example, if your pet bill is 1500, then the rest of the 6k becomes null and void for that period
And if the pet is diagnosed with something it is not covered next time... I paid pet insurance for a couple of years and it was useless to me.
Crazy.
