I did manage to sleep through the night without the Advil so that is good, but I woke up very sore :)

we'll be doing some hiking in Yosemite (or maybe snowshoeing depending on how early the snow comes) in November.... I've never been to Yosemite so that will be fun
yes, the Camino de Santiago... that is on our bucket list, but we'll need to save up some time off

funny thing is, I was practicing so I could do better when I was with my gdaughter at the family reunion.. but she couldn't play bc her dad (wise man that he is) had limited "screen time" for the weekend.

Good FOr him! I limit my grandson's time on electronics; when he's here every Friday night we have an occasional pajama party wher we may watch a childrens movie (less than an hour); but on Saturday mornings; he has to climb into my Lazy Boy and we must watch Curious George together on PBS.
The rest of the time; no electronics.
