I did survive my day yesterday, rose, but it was a long haul and took a lot of effort to get through. I was beat and went to bed at 9 pm. Slept half an hour later! Slept well and am ok now. Still tired but a very easy day ahead of me.

I went to a baby shower last Sunday; and the mom-to-be is due in 3 weeks. I was so envious of her; she looked like she was only 25 weeks or so (she's tall & carries the baby well). I felt like a walking tent by the time I was 34 weeks

hah, I had two 9.5lb babies, there was no way I was hiding it. I looked like a snake that had swallowed a basketball by then
oh my. so far, little guy is perfectly average -- which im perfectly happy with!
Yeah, both of my babies were 9 pounders too. And my ribcage and hip bones have less than an inch between them om the sides, so the only way I could expand was right out front.
I had my babies back before ultrasounds were developed. With my son we were living (& I was working) at a world famous medical center & they wanted me to gain 45 lbs. to have a "normal 8 1/2 lb " baby.I gained 46 lb; and he weighed 9 lb 12 oz.
just last week they were telling me that average is about 7.5 lbs. honestly, id be perfectly happy if hes a little below average. ;)

But I have a internet friend who had twins last fall; and her twins at 6 months were over 22 lbs each. (She's tall, her whole family is large -all over 6 feet!) I was kind of shocked because I remember how everyone kept telling me that My son was so huge at 1 year old (& he was just 21 lbs then)

I make huge babies and then they stop growing when they come out. My daughter turned into a peanut and my son dropped from 98% to 45% percentile in weight in two months. He's a happy baby though, so I guess he's eating enough :)

watch out for salmonella, e. coli and other types of food poisoning. Dogs are just as susceptible as people.
I've put the dogs on an all-meat diet with kibble always on hand and they have incredible coats
I cook the meats, though, not really trusti,g raw,meat

The other half nearly ran over this kitten leaving work one Friday night. She was a real sweet little kitten. We couldn't keep her. So we took her to the vets where she was given flea and worm treatment and then on a Sunday taken to a non kill shelter. Had to keep her fairly isolated incase she had fleas or worms.
