Going well, but I am more at the bottom of the food chain for the moment. Lots of U.S visitors this summer. Seem to spend my life explaining the intricacies of our milk which is packed in 4 litre bags in addition to cartons. :) Our store goes through 200-300 of them every 8 hours during weekend hours :/

Like many people, I am lactase deficient so I use almond "milk" with cereal.
I show them the milk container, how you cut the corner of one of the three bags for easy pouring :)

It is less expensive to add lactase drops to cow milk but my mother doesn't believe it is the same.
Massive surge in lactose-free items and gluten free items. Do not know if we are evolving as a population or if medicine is getting better and diagnosing people who, in the past would have suffered without knowing why.
It is hard to know, even as a doc, if gluten-free is medically necessary for some folks. Some people have proven celiac disease but other people follow gluten-free diets and may not need to but say they feel better. Who knows? What probably should not be processed. And the wheat industry tosses toxic chemicals on what too.

i have observed that there are 2 types of heavily pregnant women. idk if 23 weeks is "heavily" yet, but, one kind looks like, "my back hurts and my feet hurt and my ankles are swollen and i can't wait until this is over", and the other kind looks like they are zen-calm, "i am one with the universe and i give life"
ive been lucky so far -- amazingly easy pregnancy. the weight (and the heat to come!) are gonna be the tough ones for me.
I kinda gravitated between the two, lol
EvaN: one tip for hot days: go sit with your feet in cold water. It makes all the difference.
