Sunny, I've only got 40.
Night, Nan!
hi all!

fran hello
hi infernal
hi fran!!!
it does sunny.
it does sunny
hi debb!
suny i pinch the free list im naughty and way too broke
Sunny, it does help, and it's fun to have a picture and a profile.
if you can do the pro account sunny, having the stats count down for you is really helpful.
Hi, Fran!
have wanted to for a while. Only $20 or so, but I do use Licketys' list sometimes
hi ankh!
be one of them suny
Yeah, Her, it's hard to be broke. :( But I think this is a one-time payment for life; but if you can't afford it, well, you can't. Been there, done that.
ank i owe my parents a grand
hey debb, how are you doing? i don't think i've seen you for a couple of days.
i was just thinking that fran - i was out of town at a wedding - did the grids at odd times - wonderful wedding in wine country - how're you doing?
Well, they should come first then, Her. Better days will come along.
i'm fine debb, the last couple grids i didn't start until after 11:00 my time and finished them quietly.
that wedding must have been beautiful
Frank, you're committed. I got to 100 and quit, I think.
ankh, it's a curse, once i start i can't bear to NOT finish!
it really was - it was for a great friend who i hired and am now sort of working for - one of my best buddies - it was 100 people - weather beautiful (they were nervous cause it was end of oct. - but just beautiful - and lotsa good wine
I was that way the first week, Fran, but Dear One objected vociferously, so that was that!
well the wine was probably the best part! ok, not really, good company is more important.
i am procrastinating i should get food and i should do my home work. Glad you had fun deb, i am catering for groomzilla
hehe - they complimented eachother perfectly
groomzilla - yikes!!
ankh, my dear one is usually asleep or at work when i babble so it works out very well.
like bridezilla??
yep, this is too expensive that is too expensive, i am about to swat one of them
groomzilla? it's rare to even find a guy that cares about the reception. lol
yep sunny same thing but he is gay so yes he does care
Groomzilla, that's great. Fran, Dear One IS asleep, by themself (well, plus foster dog this week), and that's the objection, LOL!
good luck infernal!
yep i think keeping me away from him and sharp objects is a must
kind of hard as the caterer, that day you'll have access to knives!!
yep that is why im preparing far far far away from him
my husband is a wedding dj, thankfully the people we've dealt with so far have been lovely.
The life of a caterer is sooo hard. *shivers*
I hate to cook, hate to negotiate. Don't mind serving, though.
i am volunteering as the poor sod cant afford to hire someone and i used to be a chief, eating the food is the best
love to cook.... love to eat more lol.
Dear One cooks, I applaud.
that's a good deal ankh!
i need to find one of those
Yeah, I'm verrry lucky. But I applaud reeeaally hard. :)
they're not that rare, my husband cooks and several of my friends' husbands are better cooks than they are.
i have failed to train my partner to do house work, but he does cook for me when i ask
I have a good one in the kitchen as well.... It's what attracted me to him. He won me over with great food and a shared appreciation for old scotch.
Well, I screwed up a microwave hotdog -- I'm not lying -- and D O keeps it frozen to show people.
mmm scotch.
That's a nice start, Her. Sounds like you already have what you need there, Sunny.
my mum stuffs up boiled eggs, she has boiled the pot dry
I like the way it works with my boy and i we live seperatly but i still take home his laundry to do as he doesn't have a washing maching. THat and he works 12hour days six days a week.
I am the claytons wife, the wife when you don't have a wife
Just so long as he makes it up to you. I don't understand "clayton's wife" ?
Claytons is non alcoholic scotch.... The add goes "the drink you have when not having a drink"
claytons is a drink that doesn't have alchol in it but it is marketed for adults, yes he does all sorts of lovely things for me.
thanks sunny I forget the stuff others don't have
Oh, okay, not I get it. :)

Saph, that's 20 hours a week -- when you divide your salary over 6o hours instead of 40, the numbers tell you to find something closer to home.

I am missing 7/32
so whats the 7/28 please?
flask, the physical force that keeps things in motion, builds off the in5/10.
I think it bodes well that the first word I've found is a tasty adult beverage...

what a lovely clue!
There was a crossword puzzle where the clue was "someone not asked to the dance" and the answer was four letters. I said "Oh, that's ****." My then 12-year-old son said "Gee, Dad, how did you know that one?"
'Out of the mouths of babes'.......
Indeed...

phantoms of the day,: didactic, critic, citrus
I wanted critic too melon
I was a little intimidated when I saw 213 today, but I just dove on in... that plus the sudoku is a medium today... scary
I hate that..
my phantom word was citrus
About ten minutes ago I realized that one of my phantoms was actually a real word. *embarrassed*
samantha -- i know the feeling...heh is samantha your real name?
oops read that melon :)
Samantha Joy, yes. :)
nice -- my name is samantha too. Samantha Jane
I rather like yours better. It has the advantages of not being named after my mother, and also of (frankly) not sounding so much like a stripper's pseudonym . . .
i always try a word out before i declare it phantom. ps - go Tigers!
ha!! well, my dad named me after a musical. and he really intended it to be Samantha Jane...one name, like Lee Anne or Mary Ellen
at7/32?? help
So where does "evanadine" come from?
My dad wanted to name me after a song... Cin Cin Cinnamon :) Luckily he did not.
its part of the at set webs, do you have the other long ones?
the at 8's minus last letter webs
no...
webs - they are all take off's of eye medicine
Eva is my favorite name for a girl... and i just always thought Nadine went well with it. :)
eye medicine?
phantoms all over the place; another - sciatic
a poison that is used to treat eye spasms tor. :-)
Oh ok . . .that helps . .
oohhhhh, I was reading it with the break in the wrong place. "Evan Adine". *palmforehead*
Thanks ..
LOL - think of an at word that means shrivel, and extend it/play with it
Shalom Everyone

ARB, if you have the in 5/10, it's an extension of that
klaurel, my sibs and I came up with this curse: "my your children grow up to do accurate imitations of you!"
Sj, that one is in 7/28. I need the word before the in 5/10
That's the list of "things I will never say/do to my children" that every girl has been keeping since she was ten years old? THAT list?
<LOL> Yes, that list
And ladies, being almost 69, let me tell you, we become them anyway.
in7/32 in + transcendental m*****tion
but yknow what? we all DO end up saying them! i dont even HAVE kids, but i catch myself saying them to my dance students!
Yeah. If you haven't smashed that list to bits already, you're superhuman.
BECAUSE I SAID SO, THAT'S WHY!
ty ch
My mom hates my sis-in-law, and I m continually hearing about it and now she gets a new job, brother tells her, and my mom doesn't say anything happy, and now my MOM wants me to send my brother a congrats and then apologize for my mom! I am like SOOOO not doing that and I told her to fix her own problems and then my mom is so resigned in her voice and pissed at me that I am guilty!
ty chg
(((chj)))
Can you say Catch-22???
{{{{{{{{{{{nutty nutster}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
catch any snakeypoos lately
No, Samantha, I have NOT smashed that list. . . I have just rewritten it a few times. :D
I can say "damned if you do and damned if you don't." Good luck on that one . . .
oh, ARB, Whne my dad used to say, "you know, I might as well be talking to the wall!" I muttered to myself, "I will NEVER, EVER saythat to My children." Needless to say.....
Any clues on ia 6/21? Cal you tell, I hate words that start with vowels/
no snake catching chj....work work working....blech
ia + the me**** system
I always promised myself I would never be like my mum but now I have my own children I understand why she was how was she and I'm exactly like her
SJ, thank y ou
i'll be lucky to be like my mom
evan, that strikes a chord.
lol melon, I had to laugh first time I heard my kids repeating things I use to say to them
My mother has many, mny qualities to be admired and even emulated. Few of them, however, are related to maternal skills.
I understand how she is and I am like her in a lot of ways, but I really try NOT to be like my mom. She is so black and white. To her there is no shade of grey
my lectric keeps fading?
ick, evan.
Shades of grey are what happens to the thinking mind, klaurel. The people who are certain about things are those who don't think about them any more. And why should they? They already know the TRUTH, after all.
LOL - Samanatha
I'm dead serious, though. The people who don't question, don't learn.
I found when i became a parent, that i wanted to emulate my parents in some ways, and change how I would do things in others. Tradition plus innovation. The best thing my folks gave me was the belief I could be anything, which explains how i became a 5'3" 100 pound double bass player (back then - still 5'3" - rather more weight {sigh})

I agree samantha
Truer words have not been seen here lately Samantha
totally agree, Melon!
agree with both of you , Melon and SJ
this is a rather deep conversation for babble, I'll never find my last 37 words if we're getting all philosophical
what i do different - less hollering - what i get is a messier but calmer home.
Melon-Have you found Upwords on line? I used to play but lost the site.
Oh, Cherry, i had no idea upWords is online! i gotta look! You musta peeked a t my profile. My sis & i do play Scrabble from a .de site.
shhhhhhh, we will stop be philosophical. :D we will concentrate on this nasty grid
ty klaurel, it's just a shame I'm totally stuck!
What is this "philosophy" of which you speak? I am but a simple cavegirl; I know not fo such arcana
I am on 89 and find my lack of concentration . . . disturbing
I am trying to change the subject...
Let's have a be4/6!
I only have three Bs and they're all four letters. Does anyone have any clues about the others?
now that would hinder my concentration even more tor
YUCK, torg!
No, really? *I'm* the reason the rum's gone and a be 4/6 sounds good, too . . .
Sj, past tense and the one who does it.
Ok, how about some cr6/24?
Whaddya mean YUCK?!?!?
samantha there is a be4/7 that grows into two be5's
OMG, the sun just came out! (it was mid 30s & snow/slush yesterday) - I am outta here! Later! l'hit!
wooot! Five oout six Bs, thank yo uboth very much
cr6/24 plural of the one before it
Bye Melon
Snow? What's snow? (asked the Central texan)
I'll mail you some :P
samantha do you have both bo4/6s
Bye.
We had better stick to ci5/14 if we want to keep playing!
bye!
I'm missing 2 Ns, I have 2ni, 2no

ohhh 168 for me
Clue me in on the nine? I know less than Sergeant Schultz.
the 2nd at8
are all the i's from the right hand side in's?
if you have the AT7/32, add a vowel to the end of it for the 8, then the AT 9 is a plural of that.
no, kth.
ah, what are the others please, I'm 3 short
the second AT 8 is a plural of the at7/32
ty angel
oh, goodness. I'd never have monkeyed that. Thank you Angelsong
there is an ia word. two ic's and one id word
a + t****cana orange juice + loch ***s monster
clue for the or7/32 pleeeze?
Angel--she was asking about the ones from the far-right I. The ones you gave are from the other I
All three of the re7's?
mkl -- re + opposite of closes
re + evergreens
re + softwood tree, and the present tense, and the past tense
re + past tense of evergreen
Thanks. (He says with an embarrassed grin)

Poll: The Princess Bride, Star Wars, Spiderman or TheGreatestMovieEverMade?
in7/32 in + change + vowel
Or (add to) Fiddler on the Roof?
Mad Max!
Don't own MadMax, Cherry, gotta limit it to movies in the house
princess bride
in clues: in + revise, as in a newspaper article + a vowel inactive, sluggish; the state of being inactive; to steep or soak (as in roots, bark, etc); past tense of this word; one who does it; a bug (as in an ant); to place a coin into a machine, you in**** it.
Fiddler will get you going faster!
not Princess Bride, you'll be laughing too hard to do anything
ty angel it was those soak ones I was missing
True 'nuff. Fiddler it is, then--there are only a few scenes where I'll drop everything to dance. G'bye all. *poof*
the usual suspects
30 to go and about 5 mins to find them, I don't think I'm going to finish this one

it goes... just got last kid out of the house and sitting here with my breakfast.
eva the rule is that if you type words in the chat log they have to be (1) real and (2) ones we don't have!
Guten Tag, Stid. Last word: se 5/10 between the cult and the Indian soldier. Please clue me, anyone, not stid who just arrived.
er5,12?

Yes Stidmama. I don't remember why, but it is a plural, like trousers.
yay inge!
thanks fiz
ci6,21?
thanks, ARB. My next linguistic trick... will be getting that cr 5 that was just clued! :-)
ci 6: a lemon peel you put into fruit cake
First cr6,24?
Just got greedy
when you need money you have to take up cr****
ci = absolut ci****, a lemony, orangey vodka
mkl, give yourself cr6/24 for all the help you gave inge. or like debit cards.
cr 6/24 -- you have a debit card or a cr-- card
Ok Arb, now I'm officially embarrassed.

I just got it, at the same time as you wrote about it. So I figured you had hit on the same place in the list as me.
:-) (sending brain waves across the miles...) *insert scary music here*
Got 11 left -- all T's.
go ARB go!

There are 21 re words, Stid
hi all, back to see if I can finish up
thanks ARB -- then I need 10 more RE words.
hi back Wolvie
hi wolvie!
good morning. so far the only word I can find is the ale. bad sign?
harp, that was my first word, too!
Do you have the series of re 5/12 -- 3 words with the same first 4 letters?
yes, I have those -- thinking that with 100 words I could start the list now.
ok, now I have the road runner word, too
There are two longer words out of that word, Harpjane
thanks harp, hadn't seen that one yet!
I keep wanting to put botch, but there's not a single h in the puzzle
oh Kitrine, that's a really bad phantom!
thanks arb, I got one of them right away, still looking for the other
the one who does it, harp
okay, halfway;. off to get the list. brb
hi, what is the road runner word? I am wracking my haha mind
that's the one I have, arb
what does the road runner say in the cartoon?
what did the roadrunner say emusing?
What soes the comic character road runner bird keep saying as he runs the roads?
Then the past tense, Harp
tait
your alarm clock might say this too. the longer word is a synonym of "pager"
thnask!
oops, oh well, it wasn't a real word anyway
and the other one is past tense
okay, only 4 R words needed, all RE... the last RE 6/21 after hte 7/32 meaning complains?
Puts the sharp object back in again.
plural of the one a tailor might do, stid
hey harpjane! park close to the entrance when you visit b/c there are bears in town. 4 of them. and they're cranky. even had to stop my morning runs
*sigh* pass the fish please!
and thanks Fiz
OK! We're not coming for another three weeks, maybe they'll be all bulked up and ready to hibernate by then?
and my last two RE are the ones before what the tailor did: re 6/21 and I assume a plural 7/32?
*flip, flop, flip, flop* - here you go stid - or wait - is it john kerry?
harpjane, let's hope!!!
what one might do to a closed case, stid, if new evidence was located
yay, fireworks!
YAY Fiz!

The second one is the plural of the at7/32 that begins the whole sequence.
in6/21 is a bug.
ty haz -should have seen that one
in6/30 is what one does with herbal "tea" - or in+fu4. next 2 are past tense and plural
OW! I'm am sooooo blind. thanks fiz.
You're welcome, majmom.
in6/18, what you do with a tab when putting a box together. in6/18 here.
fiz - great clues
note to self, try to make everything past tense, plural, and "one who does"
okay, admitting my deficiency... the first AT 7?
remove the ending from the 8's stid
(I don't have the 8s)
at7 - a drug used to dilate eyes - belladonna comes to mind.
good note harpjane-need to do it also
in5/10 is a stable gas, something that won't explode. in7/28 is this property of matter when it's not moving - or what I suffer from when I sit on the couch at the end of the day.
got it. thanks Haz
fiz, how about a U word or two?
*blushing* thanks wolvie.
oh - sorry stid
Gray As!
yw fiz - glad I looked up from the grid. :-)
well harpjane, there are only 2 - one is what someone logged onto a computer might be called. other is past tense of same 3-ltr word.
thanks, glad to give you the opportunity to help us!\
in7/32 is the weird one. in+ed4 that you do to an article or paper+first vowel
cr 6/24, the third one and cr 5/18 just after it
speaking of people logged on -- did you get to that meeting yesterday? you left rather precipitously...
magzel, same first 4 letters as the french pancake, ends in opp. of "off"
ok, my last groveling request...does anyone have hints for the E's on the top row?
(that last comment was for The Fiz)
ec 7/36 and de 6/24 please?
and yes, stid, i made it just a few minutes late - got lost in the grid - but no one seemed to notice. thanks.
Wooohooo! Firefox 2 is out...
ec7/36 - clued previously as a word meaning incredibly happy, but minus an s.
glad to hear, Fiz, I was wondering if today you were babbling from home! LOL
ec+s***** electricity (lightning or what you get in the dryer)
de6/24 - to send people away from a country
cool, Angelsong, thanks for telling us!
de6/24, when the government sends you overseas b/c you're bad.
thanks fiz and haz
be aware: some of your extensions may not yet be working with Firefox 2.
ep7/36 - a type of plant. Start with new testament term for a letter (four letters) and finish with American intelligence agency
yw wolvie. sadly stid, at work today- i'm fighting w/fedex over a package that "missed its flight" -twice - so lots of hold time.
oh man -- so much for fedex!
thanks for the help! Off to work now. Will do my last 132 later....

pi6/24 - either my favourite Bond actor, or a tennis player's surname or to make a hole with something sharp.
ia plus halloween ****k or treat
oh thank you magzel! it was just sitting there taunting me to find it! : D
didn't mean to ignore - focused on grid. :-)

can someone tell me why de**, which looks like an altrernative spelling of the opposite of confess, is entered as a word in enable but not accepted when I enter it ?
and so what IS de4/5?
got me there, hetty
bears sleep in them hetty
de4/7 is accepted
ty wolvie
hi all!
Yup, found it. A messy place where kids are.
yep ros - I think she was complaining about a word ending in "i"
hi rem
yw majmom
Yes, Roz, but enable also shows the spelling with a closing "me" vowel
Sorry just started Hi everybody
THANKS FOR INTERPRETING ME, WOLVIE
hey hetty - sorry - no idea you cared that much
ec7 anyone?
haz clued it as ec plus word for electricity that normally starts with st, just drop the s
hetty, try the de** again. It was accepted for me and may work for you if you refresh. Good luck.
ec7: ec + strategy without the middle "c"
ty wolvie
yw
can i get a clue for ep7 as well?
it's a plant - haz clued this for me as: word for letter in new test ( 4 letters) plus fed gov intelligence agency c**.
ep plus "are" plus agency shmooz - maybe that's better - I'm not good at cluing. :-)
ce5/14 clue, please? TY
thanks wolvie, just got it
cerci
close TO - past tense the ce 4 just before the 5/14
yw shmooz
thanks wolvie - need the one before that
do you have the ce 4 just before that one? If you do, plural it. :-)
Hey folks... I think something may be wrong here. When I type in "Radiohead song" +ed it says it isn't in the dictionary
a cr*** radio head song
I tried that too, Freddy, didn't work for me either. :-)
there seems to be a spot for the word between cr5/14 and cr8/50...am I missing something?
it's the same as the 6/30, just spelled differently freddy
infact, the 8/50 minus the plural
in fact*
thanks!!!... I was getting cr***ed out
;-)
clue for the cr 6/30?

cr6/30 cr**** crawly things

why isn't the past tense of the cr 5/14 in the dictionary?
thanx
creepy
I have no idea, bichon, I thought it was a ...LOL - that's the 6
isnt the past tense "crept" ?
The past tense is crept
yep thats it now put it in the other box LOL
mag - the re 4 sounds like play time
or a car crash
the traffic just cr***** along
I think it would be cool if the red bar that says your word is not accepted would turn orange or something if you're really close . .
the first 2 re 5's start with the same first 3 letters as the 4, then both have the cross letter then 2 different vowel endings
not a bad idea tor
LOL Tor! you always crack me up - and that's a really fun idea!
i have those 2 need the other 2 5/12s please
okay, I need two to finish. TI 6/24 after the facial spasm?
hi firefly!
3rd 5/12 uses yet another vowel ending
hi stid! just peeking in - must start a pot of spaghetti sauce now

weeeelll, which character are you? ;-)
I don't have the first TI 6, sorry Wolvie, I am more confused than usual.

I'm getting really cross about enable. I'm on the pe's and I find the french for father is listed there, sing and plural, and when I enter either one I get a red rebuke.
eva - If you're Rainbow Brite, your bf should be a smurf or a Thundercat ..

LOL firefly - da** - you beat my next suggestion
NO!! Not the evil purple one!!! NEVER!!!!
no, thats Tinky Winky was the purple one -- the oldest and wisest of all teletubbies!
Meaning the evil purple B, not Tinky Winky
ahhh - thanks stid. Not having children I don't see these things as much as some of my friends. ;-)
Kissyfur!
Even with no kids, I did get sick of Barney. ;-0
Popples? ;)
what are popples?
Monchichi . .
I wouldn't let my children watch Barney. He was like Mr. Rogers on niceness meth. yuck. (and I adored Mr. R)
He could go as Bob the Builder as long as we are talking kids shows.
Google them stid! I had them in colorforms...

teletubbies werent 80s, so that wont work... he LOVES the monchichis, but i doubt we could whip up that kinda costume... he also loves the transformers, but that seems kinda complicated too...
he was thinking of trying to get some kinda white shag material + having someone sew a little costume together so he could be rainbow brite little furry white ball sidekick thing...lol
how about astro boy?
or LOL sponge bob?
Thanks Wolvie. How come "father" wasn't allowed? drives me to distraction
who is astro boy?

Great fuming crop of re's today . . blech . .
hi ata dear :) have you seen mab today? find out what happened to her yesterday?
she was on earlier on I think, sure I saw her name whizzing past in the chat log!
whizzing may not be the best word to use today, given the log i read when i got here...
lol true!
she popped up very briefly earlier . .
oh, good news, my pool table arrived today!
popping up might not be the best words either
oh DEAR!
=|
there probably aren't any safe words anymore...
Hi can I please have a clue for the de6?
at 7,32 please
so i had a fun little bet with a student today. he said he bet we could play our game of darts and actually have one of us win (instead of crapping out and someone winning by default). and we did not, so he had to wear a pink ribbon in his hair at lunch.
de6 send an illegal alien home
duh... thanks
at 7/32 - at + **w your boat + safety ***
Nice ..
...add a vowel for the at 8/45, the plural both of those words for the other tow big at's.

a man gives half the happiness if he only has a ha'pe5
Leave the a off for the big t words.
hurshy: too cheap?!?
It's worth it, supports the site as well.
but it's only the once, walnut, and then you get a pretty picture every day :)
4th re 5/12?
yeah, I know... I'd do it for supporting the site, for sure.... But my attention span is usually pretty short, so I'd hate to spend $14.95 and not take advantage of it.
hmm, i really expected some exclamations of dismay on that little poem...
re + spanish day
still waiting for me to be absolutely sure that I love this game (which, I probably do)
Oh sorry . .*Groan* and *ouch*
that's fourth? hmm, then i need another one before that.
THREE vowels. hmph.
(thank you tor)
Gracias!
I'm missing the first 3 in's, any clues or help?
The three before are all the same minus the last vowel
one of them is a suffix on med specialties, mooch, ger-, ped-
ia 6/21 - ia + ****k or treat
the others are to do with frozen water...
oh no, that is the first three A's
i mean I's
but not IN i am a dolt
but not IN
IN stable, non-reactive.
in7 objects in motion remain so because of it
Yeah, didn't see the n. in 7/32 - in + an ****or corrects spelling mistakes or cuts a movie scene + vowel
*BREAKING NEWS* this just in -- tom cruise and katie holmes have finally set a friggin wedding date...
thanx so much hurshy and bunny, got them!
oh, my life is now complete
bfd
Really? Some times life is so unbelievable...
i know, mine too...heh
in7/32 in + transcendental m*****tion
here, here, tor.
Let's hope they don't water down the gene pool any further....
Tomkat, that Holmes girl is a real inspiration for my daughter. Told me she was gonna marry an older millionare, she's 10.
It is pretty shallow..........
ah... childhood aspirations...
Making the beard permanent, eh?
one of the girls at my dance studio, when she was 6 or 7 years old told her mom she wanted to be a stripper.
someone stop the madness....
yikes, bunny!
good heavens!
tor -- better put "permanent" in quotes... it *IS* a hollywood marriage, after all..
evaN, you are scaring me.
LOL, I guess it could be worse. How did she even know what a stripper was?
hopefully she didn't!
I went to University with a girl who paid her way by lap dancing, She is the head of a private school now!!!
Right eva . .
i dunno how she knew what a stripper was, but she did explain by saying "i mean, you can make a lot of money, and all you have to do is take your clothes off!"
good gracious me
keeping in mind that she is only 8 or 9 now...and for her 8th bday, she had her party at the studio -- they threw her a diva party where they all got makeovers and put on a fashion show...
in it's own way, evaN, it is a very innocent answer.
That sounds like a cute party. We just beat a pinata, cut the cake and shove all the kids in a bounce house...
i always enjoyed a good roller rink party myself
I just don't invite a ton of kids. One friend, and lots of grownups - it makes the evening go by much faster (and I have clean up help)!
or a pool party, since my b'day is in the summer.
yeah, the party was innocent enough, but when you couple it with comments like hers and the whole beauty pagent thing and her age...i think her mom is going a bit overboard somewhere...
It costs around $300.00 every time I rent the skating rink, that's just to much. Doesn't include preents, cake and all that jazz.
if I log out and come back later will the words I already entered disappear??? <----new
oh, yeah, my mom would NEVER do the roller rink thing, but i attended those of other kids.
no, they stay til the flip
Nope
the words will still be here when you come back.
thanks :)
log on out aysh.
i always went ice skating for my bday, but my mom never rented out the rink
The pool was fun, but we only got it for an hour and a half, wasn't enough time.
we had a pool in our backyard, so...it was easy
I must have had wierd kids, none of them ever wanted a party! Not even for their 18th or 21st
stuck stuck stuck!
Hopefully we will by this summer, but it is looking bleak. Year after for sure!
My birthday is on 12/24, so I got stuck out every year. I may go a bit overboard with the birthday parties...
*pats bunny consolingly*
my brother hated parties... when we were younger, for his bday, we each got to pick a friend + my parents would take us to a foreign restaurant + we would all spend one night in a fancy hotel...
wow
I need some of those "honey do" pills to light a fire under Stephen's bum. He cut the car port down two weeks ago, and it still lays where it landed.
as we got older, the hotel went away, as did the extra friend + for the last...oh, 15-20 years, we have all gone to the same koren restaurant for his bday
I think its great. I am promising myself a big party for my next big *0 birthday
oh dear bunny, lol
i never have parties now. this year i was alone, and got one present, from my sister.
I fancy a theme party Something like what we were wearing when the ship went down!!!
My 50th is coming up .. Think I'll just sleep all day ..
ooh, when is the big day tor?
For my 5oh I would like to go in a hot air balloon. Something I have always wanted to do....hopefully I dont have a heart attack! lol.
This year, we invited eight families for my b'day and I cooked the entire dinner, dessert included.
this year i was supposed to go see my friends band play with a bunch of friends...but it snowed and all my friends punked out on me + i ended up spending my bday at home alone
The anniversary of Montana's admission to the union
husbands are so dumb...you had to cook it yourself???
Charm, what a great way to celebrate your birthday. Kinda the same with me since mine is on a holiday, I feel for ya!
...off to google
Charm, shouldnt it have been the other way round?
Jumped outta a perfectly good airplane for my 40th!
hubby told me what he wanted for dinner....
:O
I always have this nagging feeling we're doing something wrong - just can't put my finger on it.
so hursh, when is Tor's b'day?
I can think of several things he deserves for his bday
I suppose you could make hubby cook on his, or send him airplane jumpin' with Siouxz without a chute.
nov 8
just around the corner. Maybe we'll all moon him?
If hubby cooked his own dinner, I'd be cleaning pots and pans until the end of time....
lol, why would we do that?
di 7/32 please
Charm for his birthday, book yourself into a great hotel, book a top class meal and drink champagne. BUT dont take him
spanner, no fun without him there to witness it.
i second spanner's motion. (get a videocam)
My husband let off fireworks at my birthday party.....one was called the "widomaker" (true!!).
and hire a hot guy to have dinner with you.
I am making a chocolate cake with a ganache frosting and raspberried hidden between the layers. since I can't e-mail it to Tor....
YES AND VIDEO IT
'hot guys' are too much trouble. Much better to stay at home with the bottle and a really hot book!
di7.32 First 3 letter of dead pricess + hot beverage + *** Reagan. Morning all
di 7/32 - di + p***** (high end tequila brand) or di + vowel + t 5/10
charm - strictly for jealousy inducing purposes, and strictly for dinner
Dunno my guys ace. I dumped the ex who sounds v much like your hubby
Ha! Reminds me of a naughty joke!
Trust you
Uh oh
Thanks bunny I am working on it.
There might be littlies about . .
my limited experience with the chromosomally challenged tells me it'll still be more trouble than it's worth. (just ask my sister who just ended a relationship)
Oh I have to go, duty calls. Bye all take care
children? raise your hands if you are here.
bye spanner.
Bye Spanner
Mentally or physically?
What if I dont drink tequilla?
Di + vowel + t 5/10 (you'll leave the last letter off that t 5/10)
don't the brits spell critter crittre?
:(
Thanks again bunny
Dunno, I always get lost when Haz clues, it's always referring to another language. I have to have dumba** clues ;)
They are good clues
Haz's are excellent if you aren't an idiot like me.
LOL - I always have to 'americanise' normal spellings!
tor? still waiting for the joke
Anywho, since no joke is forthcoming, I'm gonna get to work on the house and dinner. See ya'll after the flip.
what's normal about paediatric? all those useless letters cluttering up the place....
This is my first day and it seems like a new language....but i am gettin it.....slowly!
no we spell it critter as well hurshy
bye bunny
i was just joking anyway sha :)
bye bunny
It's a bit crude, but here goes . . .
Yes, al thos usles leters cluterin up the plac!
lol kk hurshy
we're on tenterhooks, tor
so glad you nderstand vic!
Phone calls . .hang on . .
ow! get that tenterhook outta my arm, charm
tor has a great sense of timing!
I mean the hints... :)
and my dog has a lousy one. we're off to commune with the grass....
I hope nobody is holding their breath waiting for torgone to return
...
Hi everybody, waiting for the joke, since I happened to pass by
*faints from lack of oxygen*
*pours water on hurshy's had*
*head*
yow! that's cold!
yea, but it woke you up and ready for the joke....
which is still not forthcoming...
TOR ! HURRY UP! we are all waiting!
A woman had an encounter like one recently mentioned - In a hotel with a hot guy, having a fancy dinner. Unfortunately, her husband found out about it and found out what room they were going to be in ...
i thought guys didn't talk very long on the phone?
IA 6 please
hello everyone
what were those three dots for at 2:20?
(i think they meant he was telling us to hang on)
so, are we all howling with laughter or groaning with disbelief????
he's not done yet
im jelouse ;-) a hot man emmmmm
He is so angry and jealous he doesn't know what to do. He wants her dead so he hires an assassin to kill her and her boyfriend, and rents a room across the street from the hotel ..
second op 5/12 please
ia6. ia + ****ic or treat
Hi M3.
just like a man, to keep you waiting
ia ^: ia + ***k or treat
op5 - state what you think
hi, lost all concentration on the Ai now thinking of a hot man lol
who is this torg...you?
(sorry - my ****s were in wrong place!)
hey all, just got an email from anj and he wanted me to tell you all he said hello. :)
They're watching from the room, and the killer details his fee structure: $1000 per shot -guaranteed to kill. ...
Thanks Hurshy
oh, that anj
what treat ***k
time for me to run! have a good day!
The husband says:"I want you to kill them both. Shoot her in her lying face, and shoot his pe5/12 off!" . .
bye evaN
bye evanadine
Nobody's heard this one? . .
not me
but i think i know where it is going
i think so but have forgotten the punchline...
no torgone, but the suspense is killing me and the wfie and boyfriend
i think i see it coming, though....
whizle off?
So the killer is aiming at the room . . . waiting . . .waiting . .The husband says: What are you waiting for?" . . .
The killer says:"Hang on a minute. I think I can save you a thousand bucks . . ."
ROFLMFAO
hehehe :-D
(which is really bad business on his part)
That's really very considerate of him. How many businessmen would be that thoughtful for their client?
trust me and vi to look at the practical side
But this isn't a bit like Charm's case. She won't be lying... she'll be telling her hubby up front and making him watch the video!
AND she will NOT being doing THAT
no. charm's still pretty sure she'll have a better time by herself, the bottle and the hot book.
... at least, if she does, it won't be on the Babble-chat's advice!
this is not just about you enjoying yourself charm, you must combine it with revenge.
bottle always makes the hot book better
I didn't say it was intended to depict a real-life . .*sigh* . .skip it . .
no. I think it IS about me enjoying myself....
trust Charm to keep to the practical considerations!
yes, of course charm, but revenge too.
Hi all. Happy Tuesday!
let's see, they say revenge is best served cold... so serve him cold leftovers for his birthday?
I like reading about revenge (Count of Monte Cristo is amongst my faves), but I'm not big on exacting it. karma and all that.
maybe with a leeeetle bit of mold on top?
what are we revenging???? i'm good at revenge
Whatever you do charm, have fun.
That's right, Charm. You keep to the high road and don't pay any attention to that blood-thirsty hurshy!
I knew there was a reason why I liked everyone on the chat!
ah well, i don't do the revenge thing either... but it sure is fun egging other people on to do it
Revenge is a dish which somehow invariably makes a mess and requires an awful lot of cleaning-up afterwards.
chocolate fondue then?
Equally messy, but infinitely sweeter!
vic, not when it involves husbands waking up with hot pink toenails
excellent one, nut!
warm, ooey gooey chocolate. Atalante, my best friend, my truest friends, my gal pal. you ARE sharing aren't you?
hot. pin. toe. nails. ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh
of course! *hands round chocolate fondue with chocolate cake and fruit to dip in*
So how about this grid? A real stinker, eh?
Chocolate, cake, fruit... ooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhh
charm the removal of one letter makes that a lot more vicious and painful
no-no. no fruit. thank you. why contaminate chocolate with anything as healthful as fruit????
lol, hursh
Ouch!
Yeah, driving a hot pin through his toenails certainly brings us back to the realm of bloodthirsty!
what charm, no choco covered strawberries
because occasionally cleansing the palate with fruit gives you a second wind for MORE CHOCOLATE!
i think the grid isn't so bad, but i do need E's
ok. I'll make an exception for palate cleansing strawberries.
phantom user name of the day: BOREETOS
any clues for all the big OR words? Im stuck there.

snuf should be a word... it sounds funny

hurshy - I have purchased many a thing off of febay...you usually get some response immeadiately. You can check your paypal account to see if your monies have been credited
snuff is a word... so close...
nite all, work early 2morrow, happy babbling
paypal sent me an email that confirmed my payment, wurdy, but that is the last i heard.
if not, you can open a dispute and the seller usually will respond to that
hurshy on the ebay thing it's time to alert ebay to your problem with the seller
yes but snuf if cooler... 1 t!
*is
a paypal dispute
di7= di + 1st vowel + robot ending
hurshy: you should wait for 7 days before doing anything, if you haven't recieved your goods by then, then you need to contact the seller. If you don't have any joy from that then contact PayPal to intervene on your behalf
hurshy I would file a complaint right away
should i call first? the ebay thingy says to request contact info and call... but that sounds so awkward...
I've never called, just file a dispute and wait for a reply
ok, good, i don't want to call. i've bought lots of things before but never had a problem yet, so this aspect of ebay is new to me.
Ive only had to open a dispute once and it was taken care of immeadiatly
Eww!
Hi Bob great to see you back
eww what?
I've had a few disputes but only as a seller, people generally respond to them to avoid bad feedback

Mine is a proper girl's name in Germany and countreis to the north. Don't know where he got his from, since he is a boy
But does Sharon Stone know Babblets?
she would have to research the role
i cant do everything for her
lol

My daughter Kacy loves Sean Casey, so it's all good. I definitly would need Julia Roberts to play my so important part LOL

We could make her memorize Babblets. And do really big grids.

nut has come out as one, inge
Inge, you missed an exodus when they all padded off to watch the game on tv
ankh, the first two Fs are pronounced the same, just double the consonant for one

at8s and at9 both build off the at7/thirty-two
in7,28? Hi, Scrabbler!
thanks Fran, will look for them, thanks Scrabbler
cr8= the feelings you get when scared or spooked
ankh, in7 is the physical force that keeps things in motion.
nice clue for the med!!!!
may I have a clue for the at7 please
in7/28 is state of nonmovement
Hi Ankhorite--I miss your hamster icon. Hi Pam--how are you holding up?

Well, we're just nice people, Pam.
Scrabbler, I was doing the stained-glass theme today, but I have an icon I made in your honor, too. :)

Thank you for the momentum, Fran!
pamn, what's wrong?
there are two at8s peri and another at7

peri, ignore my last post, there is no other at7!
Some friend....
An at7-8 combo and at8-9 combo, and the tr's all involve with and without 2nd vowel at end, and pl too.
I am so sorry to hear that pam. (((((((((pam)))))))))
thanks, peri!!!!!!!!
Oh, Pam, that's devastating.
Scrabbler: thanks for all the tr clues. been going round the bend.

yikes. i don't know if this helps, but you will lateer on be glad of it, cause you will be better off. by partner, i'm thinking you mean romantic partner? and ((((pam)))) in cse it sounds like i'm being crass. but it has happened to me too (after 20 years) and after a long time, i can think i'm better off

Thanks for sharing, and you don't sound callous, the voice of experience is appreciated
(((Pam))) We can't romance you, but we can keep you company, a little.
Oh, fran, I am sorry for your sister....
thanks, ankh
life is indeed a series of lessons
Fran, we'll never figure out what's wrong with people. We'll never figure out who will fall and who won't. But it's so awful when it happens. :(
Evening all anyone have a clue for the di7/32 Thanks
hi, harp--missed your entry here
indeed it is, doresn
56 to go and the game is to start--I will stay here a while longer.
hi speed
di7,32= di + 1st vowel + robot ending
it does get better pam, but it hurts now and you just will wallow through it. keep coming back here, the best distraction ever
wgi are you rooting for, scrabbler?
pam, I agree with Dorens, it's tough and very hard to cope when it happens but as time goes by you come out stronger. That sounds like a platitude and it does take time to get there but you honestly do
Dorens--I have to go through it to get through it
in6,18 -- which means I need four one-point letters, right, after the IN?
of course it happened to me too with an ex-boyfriend. i'm definitely better off without him! he got married less then 6 months after leaving me, had two kids and then cheated on her! he's now shacked up with a bar girl that i've heard has bigger biceps than he does.
thanks, tinks!
Calling "Earth", Miss Earth, are you there? Scrabbler to Earth.
how do I change or add something to my profile?
earth here cousin---fast dinner
213 and I am done. Anyone need a clue from me?
just click on "my account" button up to the right peri!
Hee hee Fran - mine married very shortly after, then the one he left me for left him for another guy she worked with (he had worked with her). What goes around comes around
lol,fran!
Peri, go up to "MY ACCOUNT" on the top right of page.
I am rooting for the Tigers.

hi earth
that's true tinks! karma is wonderful! :-)
Welcome earth
ty fran.
Hi earth

What an excellent name, Scrabbler's Cousin. Amazed no one snatched it up before this.
thanks sv!!
hi cousin earth
I guess you did scrabbler!!!
in way, tinks, I hope what goes around comes around, and in a way, i hope not
Congrats svso.
i'm thinking earth needs to go pro and get a cool "earth" icon.
hello Earth, I will be watching the game more than babble. Go Tigers
yw mymuse
hey there earth
ankh--that was funny about the icon!
where can I get the icons from??
Yes, Pam has used the Earth icon. Earth is my cousin on my mother's side, whereas Stidmama is married to my cousin from my father's side.
pam, you don't have to wish for it, but my mom always used to tell us that "god doesn't sleep"
oh dancing with stars on bbl
earth - you might as well just go pro now. It's inevitable. You need to be pro to use icons.
I think you can use any photo you want earth
thanks Fran
hello dear all!
Go to Google images, earth.
Hi Stids!
If no one wants any more clues, I will sign off.
no, its not inevitable to go pro, I'm not pro
hi dear stid!
hi Stidmama
hello earth! cousin-by-marriage?
lol. fran
hi, stid
hello stid, how am I going to watch my game if all my ffriends are on the babble chat???
I have to say Pam, I'm now over it all and have finally got back to chatting to my ex. We're friends again, just not as close, and I now wouldn't want to go back to how we were. It's better this way.
hi stid, cool shirt
hey everyone
I guess I always use a peace sign, or almost always, and I like this one so much, I haven' t switched it
I have heard about the way you guys met on this site--neat
Hi can I please have a clue for the ep7?
tinks, how long were you together, and how long before your friendship?
Yeah, but Shutter, if you were pro, you could show us your pix in your icon space, a new one every day (or hour)
yes, it was quite surprising! And very lovely.
Goodnight, SVSO. I want in 6, 18 still...
Earth is my mother's brother's daughter--the Italian side of the family.
thanks shutterbug -- they're really comfortable (as well as fashionable and topical)
Ankh, I dont need to show you what I look like, and my mom wont pay to go pro anyway.
Hi can I please have a clue for the ep7?
Earth stayed at my house during the power outage recently and I think that is when the Babble Bug bit her.
shutter - you're right. But I bet you think about it all the time. Kidding. ha ha. It's fun no matter what.
hello everyone......just popping in before i leave for the movies
pam, just got caught up in the log... {{{{HUG}}}}
in 6/18--to put it in
Hiya, Kalea, which movie?
sorry pam

I dont think about it as much anymore, because I havent played this is a while, I am not as addicted as I used to be
pam, we were together a good 10 years, have been apart 8, started talking not quite a year ago. It's all time...
Hi can I please have a clue for the ep7?
hello kalea -- what movie?
hi, kalea
flags of our fathers
lara, ep7 is e + first 4 letters of "fish" sign + two vowels.
No, No, Shutter, you misunderstood me. By "your pix" I meant, photos you have taken -- a shutterbug is a photographer.
wow, tinks, that is time...
You'll have to tell us what you think when you get back, Kalea.
will do, Ank
I am nor the photographer, I do enjoy taking photos, but this is my moms account. She doesnt play anymore, so I do
pam i was married 20 years....divorced 17 and just became friendly this summer when our grandaughter was born--that was too long
hi kalea!
we just enjoy taking photos, we arent photograpehrs or anything
Bye all - have fun, be good and make good choices! hee hee. :o)

hiya Fran
But I am a lot happier now!

dramma, how many times are oyu going to ask franmag that?
hey FranMag can you talk to me noone else is talking to me
Well, Shutter, you can never be too careful -- I would strongly agree, particularly as a minor, you don't want to put your own photo online for strangers!
hey FranMag can you talk to me noone else is talking to me
you're in good shape.... you know everything you need to know...just keep living and enjoy what you can

Are you sure it is a troll? it does get jammed up sometimes.
i remember dramma - posted the whole list not so long ago

97 words to go and need coffee..... be back after lunch. good luck all!
Do you need any clues, earth?
no, this was not jamming up -- this was intentional. note sent.
i would go for dr god
what's a troll?
grabbing a bath...hope the 'drama' will be over when i return

in 7: in + ed 4 + vowel
did we have a troll? i love them, they give me a chance to practice my maturity and restraint.

I was so proud of myself for finding the cr8/50 last night with no help, and all the other related words, but missed the 6/30, duh, so huge fish for me

di + first vowel + plus film about being in a computer game from some time ago

hi merk. do you need clues for those?
figgered that, mab - no prob!
they are all related to the eye medicine from nightshade plants...
back to the grid - I'm only at the d's!
OK, I am stopping with 48 to go. I need dinner and to relax with the baseball game. TY for clues everyone. Who shall I pass the fish to?
ty...
Yes, I do.
di5/12?
merk - if you have the t biggies just add a to the front
later Scrabbler! {{{thanks for getting earth hooked!}}}
eye medicine? Do I google that?
harpjane, an old fashioned word for copy or another way of saying me too
at + or5 w 1st tow letters reversed
I was so happy she joined. Now I have to make her go pro.
it's too harpjane

what you do when you want to repeat something
sorry, those last two were for merk
pe 6/21 please, and pi 6/24 too
thanks, a certain radio commentator has ruined that word for me....
pe 6/21 is arm muscle (pe*s) + sucking insect - k
pi6/24, a James Bond actor, or to stick with a pointy thing.
at + or 5? Then w ... I am so lost Stidmama
pi 6/24 is first name of hunky actor brosnan...

YAY scatty!!!
thannx stidd
hey scatty - is there somewhere i can look at your cards?
yes. if you get the at 7, add a silent vowel for an 8, then plural for the 9.
Oh, you have an evergreen tree at the end of it
the other AT 8 is just plural the at 7
not too bad, off to see the solicitor in the morning, i will feel better once i have signed on the bottom line
i love that term, 'solicitor'
Got it, thanx
you have to see a lawyer to buy a house? *reels at differences*
don't you stid?
not at the mo, have just bought a new digi camera, so i am going to take a pic of all of them , then stick them somewhere, not sure where yet
i'll see a lawyer before i build a house next time, that's for sure.
have to see a lwyer that is
no -- not unless you're rich and need some sort of extra advice. We just go to a realtor and sign the papers...
We could collaborate - I like doing web sites
wasn't scatty talking about showing her cards?
scatty -- yahoo has free picture posting, there are other services, too.
and some people just draw up papers without a realtor.
i know, we can't get the money until we see one either, god no wonder they drive around in nice cars, it costs a small fortune to sign a couple of bits of paper
ah stid - it's always lawyers over her
*here
I'm confused.
wow. how do you spell bureaucracy? LOL
why jilli?
my sister in law is a realtor, pretty good at it too, i think it's the charming personality
we are discussing house-buying and cards, Jill!
but we're only just starting to get the claims for spilling our hot coffee
how about di7/32?
jilli, you could just walk the plank
hahaha, nut!
di 7 is still di + vowel + 2000 lbs with an ARRRR in it...
di - evil d**bolical scheme + that goofy blue light movie from a coupla grids ago
jill, i'm talking about both just to confuse everyone
jilli di + first vowel + elec****ic - elctical things
yes... our nation is really into asking for personal damages over silly things. *sigh*
I didn't like the ep 7 -- anyone want that one?
I think we will follow up fast stid
stupid american way...judges should be able to fine people for taking up the courts time on stupid things
sure stid..what is it?
scatty - if you want to discuss web sites i'll add my email into my profile - no charge
I hope not, tinks -- would be very sad to see the rest of the world "follow suit"
*pun intentional!*
i hope so too - but we do seem to follow on eventually....
pun international
ep + third person conjugation of "to be" + US spy agency (not FBI)
thanks, stid, nut, tinks -- can't imagine why that word didn't leap to my mind instantly, not why it apparently has no meaning
LOL nut!
i had a heated discussion with an insurance company a few years back that wanted me to produce a receipt for a new VCR before paying out for the old one that we had dropped while moving, i said that if i had the money to go and just buy another one i wouldn't bother with insuring it in the first place, i got the check a couple of days later
lol nut
*nor why
don't those insurance companies just make you want to scream sometimes?
thanks stid
yw Natasha
hate insurance compnanies...file a claim and be dropped
In 6/21 please?
dorens. you're 'bugging' me
in 6/21: hard-shelled critter with 6 legs
dorens - a hard cased crawly thing

<O)))>><{ - fish for dorens
thanks, i'll take smoked salmon... from your neck of the woods?
beautiful fish nut, I am SO impressed.
ha ha...got to have some sort of talent
really... i have never seen that and it shows great talent
my brother in-law, about 20 years ago, spilt a bit of paint on his carpet, thought the carpet was looking a bit tired and thought he would claim on his insurance so he spread the paint over quite a bit of the carpet incase they wanted to have a look. he wasn't happy when they informed him the the policy didn't cover carpets, i think he learned something about being dishonest that day and had to save for a new one
dorens - nut has a talent for making people walk planks
yes, but not from a local fisherman. supermarket
hee hee scatty
i had smoked salmon with philli cheese inside for my supper last night, yum yum
that was true justice, scatty!
my parents filed one claim in 20 years when their shed caught fire...dropped like a bad habit
does anyone have a clue for the no 6 24?
we like salmon -- usually buy it from the farmer's market, but haven't been in a few weeks.
_____P <------ like this jilli?
no 6/24 is from the north; think "scandinavian" zzjanet
Scatty, cna you point me towards a recipe?
exercise on the no**** track
my dear departed hubby was in the isnurance business -- but it was industrial insurance, thank goodness!
jon and i had a good laugh when his mum told us as Mick kept bragging about owning his own hour while we were renting ours
I am sure even if mr Jill had been in regular insurance he would have been helpful and not spiteful...
hahah that was so easy i want to smack myself ty so mcuh
Ank, what do you want
yw zzjanet!
very good, nut! like this _____________ d ~~~~
A recipe for your philly salmon, please?
Ank, with salmon
LOL JILLI - yes...on the way down you can title it
sam, I made the plank too long
you just cut the salmon into strips, spread with philli cheese, roll up then cut into mouth size pieces
. . . ' " " ' ~~ ~~~~~~~~P
Oh, okay, so it's not grilled or anything -- thanks!
stid whats that
*splash(
_________ d ~~~~~
that didn't turn out the way I meant -- was supposed to be water splashing up after impact...
no cooking, its nice for a nibble when friends come round
no! still didn't work - but I guess you got the idea
but the chat log compresses spaces before characters!

*must summon a huge flock of red birds for protection*
this is no time for cowardice stid! i can see treason in her eyes...look, the crows feet bespeak evil!
it's aboys name

3rd di 5/14 is what bosses talk into to record letters. di***phone
di + first vowel + movie about a computer game from a while back

no dumb, greeny, just so many words to find!
Stid, thanks. I'm clueless!
I am utterly stuck on four of the IN words...6/30 ,7/48, 7/44, 6/21...help!!
Largiloquent, you might also like to look at Lickety's Babble Clues -- he has set up a way to know which of the words you have -- where the spaces are between them...
finally finished all the p's and r's....whew
in 6/30: to steep, like with tea? in + f 4 word, then past tense and "one who" does that
in 6/30 is when you flavour something like an oil with something else
in 6/21 is a critter witha hard body and 6 legs.
go Natasha go!
then there is past tense and one who does
yay!!! 2-zip cards!!!

evening all. happy to report that the heat has finally been fixed in my building and i9 am officially not shivering
oh yes, they are the ones my sister in law used to live next door to... their stadium that is!
Actually, I worked on the creation of the new White Sox stadium. It was a disgrace -- the state using its power of eminent domain to drive out private homes for the profit of the team.
good bonkler -- does that mean you don't want hot chocolate?
oh, bad. very bad, ankh!
yo's down...now just all of the tr's...here we go!
Ankh - some people are American Leaguers - pity.
