probably better that way, my Other Grandma also 91 this year, has alzeheimers, and she knows it and it gives her huge anxiety that she has no idea whats going on...she was always a sharp lady, a big reader, and so it makesher very unhappy.
my father has macular degeneration & cataracts. spends the whole time he is driving yelling at the geezers on the road. while the rest of the car shudders in terror

I use IE 7 as i found that Mozilla doesn't work with babble. It really depends on what your system is ( if you use Vista, Mac, widows that kinda thing)
Firefox browser is far safer and less buggy than Internet Explorer (IE). Some people like 'Opera' but I didn't get on with that.
I really don't envy you, herin, but I am sure you feel good about the fresh start
