I won't, stiddiemama, promise. Wanted to drive for 4 hours yesterday to get some good things done, so that was the overdoing part. But it was worth it. Will take it very easy today.

We have army and sea cadets as well. There were quite a few at the airport.
you have to be 15 to go to the camps here and they are only 1 week
Britt just started in Dec... 2 days after her 12th birthday.. so now she's an LAC
These camps are for 2 weeks and they actually pay the kids for going. $60 a week
you ahve to be 13 here to join the cadet corps and they dont get paid for going to camps lol
good for you to let her go, Hugs.

I'm just very glad to hear that I'm not the only Mum who makes meals from scratch, as in proper fresh ingredients, many either grown in your own garden or bought locally. I watched aa programme on TV recently that seemed to impy that there was nowhere in USA to easily walk to and get fresh food.
You can walk into my backyard right now and pluck yourself a fresh Jersey tomato, not to mention peppers, lettuce, green beans, etc... I even grow pumpkins in the fall!

My new dryer has a "wrinkle release" setting, which I LOVE... because if you leave the clothes in too long and they get wrinkled... you just set it to "wrinkle release" and get there in time and if you fold them and hang them right you are "good to go"!

No, sorry, no garment, however stained, is unsaveable. There's always a way to get the stain out and, if it ruins the colour or texture it can go to a charity shop. Charity shops are now eligible for tax back on good donated.
