I got the paper out again, but kept the jammed code message. My son-in-law's suggestions did not help either. I think I'll try to find their website.

I am not sure what the genesis of your issue is... I don't know what P&C is either, LOL! But what drives me insane... my husband is so nonconfrontational... any time that I have had to confront an issue involving my daughter school or sports usually... he NEVER says anything!!! It drives me INSANE.
I agree that men like to have their egos stroked (maybe even need it on some level) more than women do... it is weird...
And look out if you are better at something than they are (most of the coaches/teachers who are male and had to be confronted because they were WRONG... well, let's just say they did not handle it well... LOL!).

the last diagnosed episode was a couple years ago -- though he has had a few small infections since then we have managed them at home.

no, he just seemed to go through a period when he had trouble. He doesn't feel pain or pressure the way other people do, so things tend to get BIG before he mentions them.
Skin infections have always primarily been Staph or Strep strains, but MRSA has emerged as a common cause for abscesses over the last 5 yrs
AND he has eczema, so there's an automatic entry point for bugs to get into his system. Which is why I tend to worry.
