hello everyone :)
hi nan
stats for the z, west?
zl 5/20
ty
you know it
Good morning/evening all. cybernan, how's your holiday going?
are you enjoying your holiday nan?
hello haz
thought it woud begin with a zy!
Hello, westford. The z is currency, isn't it?
yes alternate spelling though
having a great time thanks. Went to Winchester yesterday and stopped at Mottisfort on the way back to see the rose gardens --- wonderful - the best I
*I've ever seen
did you sing the song?
the English can do roses
The climate suits them very well.
they even had a war about them lol
sorry it's very late here and I'm punchy
Are you getting to meet up with some babblers?
nope - end of a funeral service when we arrived -- they were singing all thing bright and beautiful
not at all haz -- had hoped to meet up with Kallila but she had to go to Bristol
how fitting that haz is here too
That's a pity but it's not always easy to coordinate people's movements.
And I'm on the other side of the Irish sea so not much chance of me joining in.
yes - especially as we are trying to get some sightseeing in. that is rather far -- lol. I keep forgetting, too, that 25 miles = about 1 hour driving time over here. We are so used to zipping along at 70 mph to get somewhere.
how long will you be in England, Nan
You'd probably get along more quickly over here in that we have a lot less traffic.
We've seen a lot of traffic -- must say everyone is very polite! We are out to see the countryside, so avoiding the freeways -- lots of narrow winding roads and tons of traffic circles! -- one does well to average 40 mph on a trip.
Yes, if you used the motorways you'd have the advantage of getting places more quickly, but the journey wouldn't be half as interesting.
Exactly, Haz!
And for traffic circles I take it you mean roundabouts which are so beloved of road planners over here. They mostly work well but so many use them not quite correctly so you have to be on your guard.
We leave here for Russia in 2 days, West -- then will spend another 12 days in East Sussex on our way home.
what a wonderful trip you're having
lol haz here it's the oldest biggest car that has the right of way
yes that is what I was referring to -- seem to run across one about every 5 miles -- even way out in the country! In town every block has one -- even if there are only 2 roads intersecting!
My late father-in-law used to be a terrible driver and we were relieved when he gave it up. I asked him one day if he missed it and he said 'No! People kept tooting at me at roundabouts' Goodness knows what he had been doing.
We wouldn't have so many roundabouts in the country, but certainly in the town it saves on having traffic lights and mostly it helps traffic to flow well.
yes - in town they work quite well
I think they are stuck out on the country roads just to slow people down!
have you been doing any driving nan?
Hello Nan and Haz -- just had to drop in and say we're growing roundabouts in these parts too -- just smallish ones so far though.
hi jill :)
jilli I thought that poof was definite lol
They do have an advantage if you're not quite sure which exit to take, you can just keep going until you make up your mind.
And I used to live in Sussex, in The Old Rectory, Twineham, near St Peter's Church, which I believe is a bit of a tourist attraction now.
hubby does most of the driving -- he is so busy telling me what to do when I drive, that he doesn't relax, and I can't concentrate!
besides -- he is a lousy navigator!
it's driving on the opposite side that is difficult
notice I didn't say 'the wrong side'
very good, west! - lol
Very tactful.
have made a note of it Jill -- will look it up if we get there.
My reply just got wby cyberspace
*swallowed
obviously I should be in bed -- west, what I tried to say was that I went to have my bedtime banana. then did cleanup, then came back here and saw the conversation
well we're happy you joined us
but now I'm really going! Bye all!
Bye, jillibus.
and so am I
good night, jill - sleep well :)
happy holidays nan
I really envy all the traveling you do
ty west - night
cybernan, have you come across many Japanese taking photographs?
not too many Haz -- a lot of French and German tour groups, though
good night all..'poof'
Good night, west.
We're always amused at how the Japanese tourists seem to travel around in groups, all looking through a camera and snapping away at everything, however inconsequential. I've often wondered who gets to see their pictures.
many bored relatives, no doubt!
I fear so - or equally bored neighbours. Maybe they edit them ruthlessly when they get home otherwise the photo viewings would last for hours.
I take tons of photos - delete half at the end of the day and probaby another 75% when I put my travel video together
The difference is I don't take photos of everything -- just lots of something I really like to ensure getting a good one
only took 7 of the medieval font in Winchester cathedral yesterday - lol
Only 7! How many of the cathedral altogether?
probably 24 or so
I've never visited Winchester Cathedral - any English cathedrals that I have visited are pretty awe-inspiring because of the sheer scale plus the age.
and about 50 in the rose gardens!
Ah well, that's understandable, roses are terribly photogenic.
Winchester is certainly old -- it is larger than Salisbury cathedral, but not as graceful -- I think it is older -- the architecture had a heavier feel to it.
Yorkminster is my favourite cathedral of those I have visited. I had to catch my breath the first time I went in.
Yes!!! - loved Yorkminster -- You could fit 4 of Salisbury or Winchester inside it!
Hello all. I lived in Winchester in the 60's and it was amusing to see tourist buses disgorge visitors at the top of the long path..... only those who could run with their cameras made it to the west door before the bus tooted for them to come back
Hello, scouser.
hi scouser
Hello Haz. Not a cathedral, but have you been to Southwell minster? a little bit of medieval France with wonderful carvings, thousands of stone leaves.
Hello cybernan. I have many photos too, as prints.
No, I haven't. It boggles the mind when you see the workmanship, doesn't it?
Yes indeed. I look always for the Green Man, who quite often is inside a church now as well as being a gargoyle..... the latter is one of my favourite words along with its French counterpart 'gargoulleaux'.
almost 9 am -- husband just made an appearance, so must get some breakfast and get ready to go out -- sun is shining at the moment - Yay!
cheers cybernan.
Enjoy breakfast, the sun and the day, cybernan.
morning all

It all sounded so more advanced than mine - I am pleased you are able to be home so soon - so much easier for L and the kids too
hi lynxx! **hugs* *
I remember getting my left ovary removed 39 years ago. It was very painful
oh sweetie! I am so sorry for that experience happening to you!! **hugs**
lynxx, they offer hysterectomy via keyhole surgery!!
amazing... truly amazing
I had to have my entire pregnant abdomen opened up. Now they do it by keyhole surgery
Yeah, I saw your description, got to better without all that cutting!
am sorry for past operations... not good for the soul. but glad you came through. Poor crossy's wife went through the stem to stern cut with hers
i need to update it... will do so in the morning. Darling Son and I are watching Umbilical Brothers.... too funny!!
I can't get into this grid so I'll say Goodnight to you all. Very glad to see you at home MRP - hope you get back to normal really fast xxx

pain is being managed very well... my surgeons know me well!
will be there most of the summer. You can stay for 14 days, then off for 7 days. We will do that until school starts. No teach
we went to the mountains for Memorial Day weekend. It was wonderful
I would love to camping without the kids.... just lickety and me.... some rope for absailing and a raft for the rivers.
how are the broken parts healing?
very well sue... now that I am 'chained to the bed', I have to heal!!
you are good mrp. I will be studying by the pool.

I tried that z word with an i on the end...
I could do that, sue but I stayed in a tent once and once in a sleeping bag without a tent. both times were awful
everyone has a bed. I love it. we traded up from a pop-up, hybrid and now the camper. Dale still wants an rv with a slide. are men ever happy?
what is the 2nd letter for the z pls
zl 5/20
ooooh, the tr5's are here... but haven't seen any for ages!!
would love to have an RV and travel cross country and visit babblers on the way
what is an rv?
that is the plan for 10yrs from now. But you all know that God laughs at our plans. So if it is in His plans, we will be traveler.
ty that z word is new to me
I am hoping that one I finish my classes this summer and get my Cico cert, I can consult and travel sooner.
recreational vehicle
a house on wheels really
aaah! campervan! perfect idea peri!! **hugs**
thanks sue... looked it up!
It's a coin.
some people live year round in one. that is what we are shooting for
need someone to travel with me, not brave enough to do it on my own
you are welcome to come to the campgrounds this summer.
where are you traveling peri?
we have plenty of room
no where at the moment, jmc :(
need a traveling buddy first then I will make plans
thanks sue but I have a sick cat
did I tell you all the good news?? Lickety's hand is NOT broken! just nasty tissue damage. too bad he has to keep on working
where are you? i forgot
and cats are the life line of our moral life
i am glad it isn't broken poor thing
peri, there are a lot of single women that want to do that. You should check craigs list and see if you can get a traveling buddy
who me, jmc. near Phila
that is what i thought--TO is near you and I am not so far
craigs list makes me nervous
there are lots of rv sites also
how old are you peri
you have an rv?!?!?
69
how old are you sue?
I bet the senior center would be a great place to find a buddy
and retired :)
I am 47 and Dale is 54.
we are very close, but I also have an 11 and 15 yr old
hope the train and come visit me and we will drive down the blue ridge a ways
there is one near me and they have classes, eep meaning to go there to check it out. make some friends where I volunteer but they all have spouses and/or children
I am late for an apt. poof
*hop not hope
bye sue
that would be lovely jmc. not sure what I would do about my cat tho. family will not watch her :(
hmmm well there are cat sitting places or you could pay a neighborhood child to come in once a day and feed her and make sure she had water and play with her--that is what i do with my cat when i travel
I know you already have plans for part of the summer. when would you be fre, jmc?
free evenm
even, can't type
i am free the 3rd week in August -- or you could come down for a weekend as a test drive
that way you will have traveled a little bit on your own getting here--and a cat can survive a weekend with a large bowl of food and water
the week starting 8/14?
I will give that some serioius though. I could drive down by myself. I hava a gps.
yes, but I have to be back by the 19th because on the 20th i am going to ny state with my sister and neice
do because doing this will help you have the security to travel on your own
okay i have no hope to get nbt before i have to do a million things bbl
ACk, can;t type for sh**. thanks so much for the offer jmc. are you fre on Sat 8/13?\
I could visit just for the weekend and my cat would be ok
i will have a kenyan staying for the weekend
oh, nm. would rather drive on the weekend than during the week
i am free july 16 and july 23 weekends
maybe then,I don't have your e-mail. pls send me a message and we can keep in touch
bbl
okay i emailed you peri and now i am really gone!

Hi hego!
HI All
Good morning, everyone. Another wee grid today. Feast or famine lately.
Hi Judi
Hi Judi!
phantom: cello
hi hego and judi
Hi Jess
Finally! NBT!
Yes Judi. Apparently "medium sized" is not in the Enable dictionary.
Hello Molly!
Mrs. Howell is NOT accepted!
Thurston would be so crushed
He would buy Babble and Enable and add her to the list!
lol
And rightly so.
Dictionary.com lists Mrs. Howell as an acceptable word. Enable is once again, cracked out.
Oh yummmers! Just made NutriGrain Waffles and put apple jelly on them......mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
enable is just cracked. period
Sounds yum!
"Intel" is also not allowed. Silly.
2 waffles with the jelly...only 270 calories! And it is whole wheat / whole grains so I am getting good fiber to boot!
Why jelly instead of syrup? Same amount of calories in a TB of each.
Wanted something different!
Me like jelly on waffles too.
Sounds like a good flavor combination.
Ah! variety
Stats for the middle O? I only have OY 4
Just checked...sodium is much lower in the apple jelly as is the sugar.
Have to go now. BBL
oy4 x 2, ol5
4/6, 4/11, 5/10
Dead Russian guy in the grid again today.
Got 'em all! TY!
I use sugar free maple syrup so it's never occurred to me to go for an alternate.
yw
good morning my babble buddies!
*Raises glass of Stoli to the dead Russian*
Hiya, Crossy!
Hello Crossy!
it is now time for crossy,s tidbit of the day!!
The @ sign was very close to being eliminated from the standard keyboard until 1971, when Ray Tomlinson wrote it into the code used to send the first email.
Really? There was email back in '71?
i guess so:))
Cool! TY for the tidbit!
Jolly good idea by Ray Tomlinson. Otherwise, we'd probably all be using a "2".
there were big main frame rigs and i imagine it was inter-office mail
OK. I am down to 20 left, so I am going to get back to work. I hope you all have a wonderful day! : )
google the mans name,i am sure there is more info
tc car
<--- just found a blob of apple jelly on shirt.
evening all.... almost saturday here!! **hugs**
(((mrp)))
Hi, Mr.P! (((gentle hugs))). Still loopy on pain killers?
(((crossy))) !
hi judi **hugs**... yes, but cutting them down
it is so weird... when I bend over to pick something up... I feel about 5 months pregnant!!
Hmm. Don't cut back too soon. What you had done was painful. Okay to ease that pain.
it will take a while for uterus to go back down to normal 'walnut' size
They probably pumped you full of air, didn't they?
MrP! glad to see youre doing well. :)
yep, with a big balloon, and then used super hot gas to ablate the uterus... those things take time to come back down
hi eva! **hugs** doing good hun! staying in bed until at least monday with heaps of help from family and friends :))
any clues for the z word???

Hello!
howdy lickety!
hello darling!
taking care of that purty lady of yours?
that's right! KFC!
no wonder it wasn't memorable
Hey Crossy
Or was it crosshair?
Greetings Babble buddies.
hi scrabs!!
Scrabber! wow - 4 years?
hello lickety!
How is life in Oz, Lickety * mrp?
Hi, lickety and mr. president.
Hi eva! Small bable today - almost done?
I didn't even look at the word total; I just dove in.
a little over halfway. im working on little sleep -- went to a concert last night and got home late!
concert?? which one?
Who was in concert?
Oh - I know how lack of sleep can catch up
i think I slept 24 hours after my op... needed it
Our AC is out at home. Feel fortunate to have found a tech that can come out this afternoon. Too bloody hot to go without.
How hot has it been, Judi?
Mumford and Sons! it was AMAZING!
I'm jealous, Eva. LOVE Mumford & Sons.
I don't know them, Eva. What kind of music?
Judi--do you play the Quote Puzzler games? There is a JudyPooh there that kicks butt.
they are english. they have sort of an irish-folk rock vibe: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l LJf9qJHR3E
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3KkUeRP jc-Y
either crossy or crosshair will work lickety:) call me anything, just do not call me late for breakfast:)
I just watched a video--I like Irish bands
that video is pretty much exactly what they were like in concert. stand-up bass, banjo, steel guitar... quite talented on numerous instruments.
very energetic.
her eyes, they shine like the diamonds, you,d think she was queen of the land, and her hair hung o,er her shoulders, tied up in a black velvet band....arrroooo
(((Scrabs))) I'm sorry about Sebastian.
i love seeing any band who you can tell just love being onstage. they were enjoying themselves so much, you couldnt help but enjoy yourself just being there!
poor bunny:(
Oooh, I like them, Eva!!
I miss my wee bunny, Sebastian, and have glanced out at his grave already twice this morning.
scrabs, they just have the one album out right now (i think) but they have a new one coming soon
Can I bring something to dinner Crossy? Oppps - It took me 10 mins more to get there- I'm late!
Condolences for Sebastian's passing, Scrabbs. Such a heart-breaker. (And, no, I am not JudyPooh).
I may buy their CD, Eva. Wow, I learned about a new band. TY.
Judi - oh no! Scrabbler - hugs and kisses - you must be grieving so bad - hugs higs
Losing a beloved pet is so hard. Sebastian was a major part of my everyday routines.
hugs
not to worry lickety, brunch is on me,bring the mrs and i shall so you up crossy,s famous canadian north woods breakfast:)
Mumford & Sons are great. They are HUGE in the states right now. I have several of their songs on my ITouch.
Animal lovers understand this grief.
crossy understands..we have another kitty in the vets as we speak
Crosshair - we have a date indeed - The sooner the better - I would kill for a Canadian breakfast!
Morning all
I had to put my ten year old kitty down on April 8th, Scrabbs. I knew it was coming, but I was still crushed. Hubby and I bawled our eyes out.
Hi Mr Bob - nice to see you again
morning, all!
Good morning, Bob.
hi sue!!
Okay. Gotta jet. *royal wave to all* *POOF*
Judi - I feel your grief about your kitty. We had the same to us.
how are you doing today, mrp!
?
when Lia passed, by accident of the vet.... I cried for weeks!
bye judi :)
Hi Sue!
lets see,we would start with 2 jumbo brown double yolk eggs from the farm up the road, crispy hash browns fried in creamery butter,a few rashers of maple infused hickory smoked bacon, toasted english muffins, apple jelly,3 fruit marmalade and fresh squeeze orange juice
Oh, no, Crossy. What is going on with your kitty? And Judi, I knew his death was approaching, but still it is hard to say good-bye. I was fortunate to hold him as he took his last breaths.
What happened to Lia?
Hi Sue
hi, lickety! You are, I am sure, taking good care of mrp?
hi, scrabs!
mrp is doing soo much better today. She is relishing the Canadian breakfast she is having tomorrow - Thanks crosshair!
she went in for tic treatment... bad batch of anti-serum... 2 cats died withing 20 minutes.... was devastating!
wonderful, lickety! Good to hear. Love and hugs to both of you!!!
our kitty has had this cyst on her tail, and as she is a chubby happy cat and active we let it be for 2 months to watch it and see...well the thing actuall exploded this morning in the kitchen with an audible pop and all thus matter came out of it and blood all over
crosshair - ohhhhhhhh noooooooooooooooooooo
was not good...
oh crossy! poor puss!!
vet just called.it is not cancer..he will operate
crosshair - well that must have been a unique life experience"?
spine is ok as well as tail etc
oh, that is good news, crossy (the not cancer part) - poor kitty!!!
thank goodness crossy!
it was a surprise indeed lickety
Spine? Is the cat still alice?
are they removing the tail, or just cleaning up the cyst
alive?
cleaning the syst, removing excess skin etc
*alive
kitty is alive lickety,i imagine things growing in the tail cartlidge can affect the spine sometimes
the cold is seeping in... need heaters on again
Poor Lia.
but she will be fine
Crossy, is it an infection? Pus?
stay warm mrp..and you guys have a breakfast date here when you visit canada
crosshair - I hope that kitty is still able to live a normal happy cat life - We also have a living 15 year old cat
our cat was bitten by a possum in the middle of her tailbone... all the way through... poor puss went through antibiotics etc... not nice for the little babies
it had this oatmeal looking matter scrabby..some was on the florr when we came back and cleaned up..cannot describe it any better
not pus
Are you coming to Canada, for real? I live a 1.5 hr drive from Niagara Falls--tourist attraction.
we will be there crossy!! thanks for the invite!
crosshair - Any chance you could fly us over tomorrow? I'd love it, and it would save me screwing it up in the kitchen ;-)
Ew, yuk, Crossy. Was kitty in pain or acting ill?
poor cat would have been in pain crossy
lol, alas we must wait for better times here also lickety...funds are tight
no,not ill acting at all before it exploded
a heathy chubby playfull cat in all respects
understand. Can you cat still move ok? Spine is a very vital part for a cat
she will be fine i am told..we can come get her this afternoon,he is working on her now
Yay for kitty! What is her name?
oh poor puss!!
Best wishes to puss
abrakadabera
abby for short
lucky your cat has you... abby is blessed to have you both
love it!
Cute. ((Abby))--heal quickly.
she is a ginger coloured kitty
cutest name!
full name on vet file is aberkadabera hocus pocus melbourne
Why Melbourne?
as a kitten she used to vanish on us
it is my last name lickety lol
Haha. My friend has a Peke-a-Poo named Agador Spartacus from Le Cage a Folle
we are a very old welsh family lickety and we dabbled in the polatics in the 1800,s lol
damn typos
when i visit down under i should get 50% off in that city that is using my family name;)
we have had it longer than they have lol
I agree, Crosshair.
like i say ,there is some history there and skeletons in the family closet and favours passed under the table..lol
we now have several new fish, with interesting names... bloop, angel, cleopatra, hunter, pheonix and capri. the kids luv getting the names for their fish just right!!
lol,pretty fishies....
Any pet deserves a special name.
when you visit australia crossy, you are staying with us!!
of course..where are you near that i would know?
we are in Sydney North
ahh very nice
perfect house with 6 bedrooms and a flat with own kitchen and bathroom. perfect for visitors from overseas
ahh ok,google a map..both cities are on the lower east coast
sounds perfect mrp:)
i think my brain fell asleep for a moment there!
and my britt passport will get me in and out with ease
it is 1 hour 10min flight to Melbourne
1 hour to Brisbane
Those moments are helpful, Eva.
now i just need 4000 for the flight lol
Stat for the Z word?
what??!! that is just too much!!
ooh, Dr Scrabs, i have a question for you
Sure, Eva.
I can get to canada for under $900!!
we are a long way away from you mrp:(
i will have to look..to be hinest last time i was in flight was in 1990
Lickety is making me a cheese and salami platter with olive/parmesan bread.... how lucky am I??!!
luv you lickety
ill shall google it gfor laghts...
mmmm
lately, every so often, when i turn my head to the left, i feel a small pop in my neck. it doesnt hurt at all, but it sends a slight tingle down through my arms and legs. i would hazard a guess this might be related to the muscle spasms i sometimes get in my neck/upper back -- is this something i should be concerned about?
send yourself, your kids, your family... we will put them up
eva, go to an osteopath and have it checked out
air canada toronto to sydney = $3,165.00
probably your bones have shifted a little. if you do nothing it is possible that your bones will develop spurs, i think, from the friction. you could see a chiropractor and they can straighten you right out.
Eva, it sounds like a nerve is getting impinged. I would talk to your doc and consider MRI of cervical spine.
well, that sucks crossy!!
its not the same sort of feeling as when i crack my neck. not that strong.
Hi hurshy
eva,i would check ut yout i get that all the time..i have 3 hernuated discs in my neck
i will look at our flight rates to see what we have
damn typos
air canada are blood sucking vultures;((
hi scrabs
brb, being served by a beautiful man, lovely food, and loving smile :))
good stuff;) good work lickety:))
what time you put in for travel crossy??
it only just started happening recently, but it has happened frequently enough in that short amount of time that i figured i would ask. i was hoping youd say something like "oh, no, not a problem. your neck just fell asleep" ;)
I would not ignore neuro symptoms.
it certainly doesn't sound like a MAJOR problem now - easily correctible - but if you do nothing over the years it could be worse.
i did not look at red eye flighs or stand by or off season,i just looked at general flights in july
yeah. i definitely dont want to end u phaving serious spinal surgery or paralyzed because i ignored a little pop and tingle...
Anybody with the Z stat?
i take neck snaps and arm tingles seriously
ok, will check out the flights from July to November
when my 3 disks herinated,i could not move my arms properly
Could be herniated disc, anomaly of spine or spinal cord, etc. MRI should be done.
but exercise and knowing what to do and not do help, and they calcified over time
zl5, 20
and do not let the docs in ther eunless you are crawling on yer hands and kneess!!..sorry scrabby
bbs babble friends... luvly chatting!! **hugs**
but get the ct and mri
i do exercises for my neck and my sciatica(sp)
Hi all! on the droid...clue for the y please
TY, mrp. I had tried zl4 variations--I recall seeing something similar in the past
Hi sg--Droid tablet?
howdy science, our new tablet is an android also..great little machine
no just on the net over the phone
yl 4/7
my son was shot at the other night!
WHAT??
Holy shit Science, is he alright?
for those who are interested, this is the one we got,and i highly recommend it
http://www.asus.com/Eee/Eee_Pad/Eee_Pa d_Transformer_TF101/
hello droid :)
TY, Molly
eva, if you are still here, I would stay away from chiropractors for neck problems - too much risk of damage (and I went to them for years before actually getting my neck fixed - required surgery but gave me infinite relief)
omg science!!
science, is your son ok??????
what sue said eva,let the docs look at you,but stay away from the bone crackers
hi everyone. can someone clue the ti6/21 please
Yes. He was at a light after leaving the studio at school. He gunned the car and ducked. Shot through his headrest
I strongly agree with Sue. Chiropractors can cause fatal problems and paralysis.
omg,where do you guys live??
omg, how scary!!!!!! what a close call!!!!!!!!!!!
Houston
Geez, SG---was he the target?
Hi natasha
i have only seen doctors for my neck twice. both times they sent me to PT (not at a chiropractor) looks like i will be making an appt soon if it continues!
my wife in her youth had back pain..she went to a bone cracker and they ended up hurting her more and their work start a tumor becoming active in her spine
and she had to have surgery
no use for bone crackers at all
I would trust a PT--they would know to not do "adjustments."
PT can be a big help, eva, and physical therapists actually know the mechanics of the body (which chiros do not)
Yes. They approached him with a gun at the stop light. Had face covered with a banana
scary indeed
Not a banana lol a banana
bandana
the police were notified?
Too many crazies about no matter where you live.
darn droid
Yes they did nothing
nothing? that's crazy!
guess they like psycos running round their city furung rounds off then;(
http://www.chirobase.org/ I have read of many tragic outcomes from "adjustments."
The houston police and the university police were called but just filed a report
you do not need to sell me scrabby,no bone crackers for crossy or the mrs ever
Chiropractors do not know their limits. And many have delved into nutrition, supplements, and even spout off about the dangers of childhood vaccines.
here it is not such a problem, with our provincial health care for everyone,we jusy see the proper doctor instead if hunting around for cheap bone crackers
Need an n clue pls have one
score one for piblic health care plans
Lower n
fireworks!
the witch doctors rarely survive for long
Yahoo Natasha.
ni 5--in dynamite
that's upper n
Have that one Natasha
lowers are ne4/4 and 4/7
oops, sorry!
our way of thinking is "we are all in this together so lets pay ip at tax time and have it there for all" not " i pay my private insurance, why should i pay for that bum?"..cause in the end well all pay..best to get it done sooner than later
Looking hurshy
ne 4/7 is a common babble word. a woman born into slavery
yeah well the american way of thinking is, screw that bum.
it can be hursy
ne 4/4 ends in a double consonant
random: what are your thoughts on acupuncture, scrabs? not instead of traditional medical care, but in addition to?
now our system if far from perfect...but it is working
this is why i don't want to be american!
Top F. I have fo4/7 and fr4/7. Anybody know the 3rd?
fo5
Got it Ty
acupuncture interests crossy also as an addition to standard medicine
fo 5/16 - builds off of the fo 4/7
acupuncture has been shown to be purely placebo - studies have been done using "sham" needles (with a casing but no actual needle) and there is no difference. I can get you references if you like.
I see fo5 now. TY
Missing one f from the lower corner
Typically with acupuncture (and I have had it done) they put in needles, then have you in a darkened room for 1/2 hour or so with soft music - it is relaxing and nice but by no means a medical treatment.
i'll take the darkened room and soft music with no needles :)
Have the bad person
no needles for me either
Mind-body link is strong.
Hi Ruru
Help with missing F
hi, ruru!
hi scrabs. I keep missing you in the chat..you are always leaving right when I come in. ... hi uu
thx for the bad person clue, science! all I have is that and the fi4/7
Hey guru
does acupuncture have you pinning for more treatments scrabs?
Same here sue
hi SG
Darn droid...hey ruru
ty for the info on that sue
I don't undergo acupuncture, ruru. I was warning against chiropractic treatments, especially for children.
yw - I am a very strong advocate for science-based medicine
Looking for dangerous person word.
you say to the villain after he laughs evilly, "you fi5!"
Nasty person......ghoulish
one site that is good in general if you have questions about anything is quackwatch.com - they have lots of information and links to original research
anything medical, that is
A great web site: http://www.sciencebasedmedicine.org/
it's how I get kids to remember how to spell 'friend' - without the 'r' it's no friend, it's a f5
Duh, Scrabbler, fi5 is right-to-left and obvious!
it was a pun scrabs..lol
not obvious if you don't see it :)
Yes, Sue, I supplied quack website earlier
hints for the Y or the lower E?
I know, Ruru. You are the master punster!
em4/5

Lol

bummer, krista, what do you need the ins co for?
was literally in the middle of a fender bender last night - nothing major
oh, dear! glad you are ok!!!
O clues please
Thanks! Guy was behind me at red light, thought I moved so he slammed on the gas..hit me quite hard. I hit guy in front. Back hurts a little.
Man's name and plural Science.
last word was to 5/10 - cannot find any definition for it anywhere - but it adds a final consonant to the to 4/4 before
I need a clue for your clue, Molly. :)
Don't see the plural may I have another mans name
I don't see a man's name anywhere
ot 4/4 - but i don't have any pl
Like a Scandinavian man's name?
Yes
Sorry, hit enter too soon. Meant "and plural of a Yiddish expression"
ah, thx, molly, that got me 2!
got it, thanks
The other is just like the Yiddish expression plural but use a high point tile at the end
ok, time to do my teeny bit of exercise
One is an ol 5
have fun, sue
Ty molly
o + non truth + consonant
No, scratch that clue.
but i got it :) thanks
It's o + Hawaiian garland + consonant
18 left and I need the list but cannot do all on droid....ttfn
bye SG...sorry if this has been clued a million x...the z word, please?
*crickets*
z + ** and behold + **a For Two
ty, excellent clue
Good God, I can clear out a room. Bye all. :)
Well considering zl5/20 has no definition in any dictionary I've looked in, I have issues with it being playable here. And please, no song and dance about it being a monetary unit of Poland. That ends in y.
there is polish currency called zloty...colosest i can get
change the y to another vowel
the singular with the e instead of the y is def polish in origin...and a nasty word to put in an english word game..but then again so is cwms;0
lol M-i-l offered us the LOAN of 500 dollars to help pay for operation kitty is getting today,i told the wife that if it is not a give but a loan,i would rather put in on the cc and get my reward points than having a loan from m-i-l hanging over my head like a sword:)
kitty will be fine and is coming home round 4 pm today with a bandage on her tail and a cone on her head
poor kitty
interesting thing..they gave her an antibiotic shot thats good for TWO weeks..no pills why can they not do this for humans? we have to swallow those darn horse pills for 10 days:/
veterinary medicine is more advanced than human medicine? or they just know that we'll put up with it whereas a cat won't
i suppose so:)
crossy, not to mention that so many people stop taking the pills when they decide theyre all better instead of finishing out the course...
nothing worse than not finishing the course of the pills..all you do is create super bugs that way
all of which creates more opportunity for $$ for them when you have to go back to the doctor or get more medicine
i guess they figure if the dose is a little too srong for the cat, the side-effects dont really matter. unlike in people who have to do to work and get stuff done. what does a cat have to get done? "oh, that mouse needs chasing!" "oh, this sunspot is done. must move to THAT sunspot!"
sounds sensible
i know what you meran cross.. 3 years ago sammy got hit by a car ( deliberate act) and his right hind leg was broken in 3 places, vets here in our county wanted 3 THOUSAND dollars tio repair it. we took him to another county where a friend of ours lives and they operated on him and fixed him up for 700 dollars... i had to put it on my home equity loan.
sammy still was a litle kitty limp but he is a great catcher of mice, chipunks, birds, bunnies and whatever small vermin there is left in our neighborhood
poor sammy-puppy:(
or kitty'
sammy is a cat-lol
hi again all, having a VERY late breakfast
brunch for suzie;))
nutlettes, yogurt, apple, and coffee - same thing I have every day.
oh, and crossy, I am so glad to hear your kitty will be ok!!!
hi all
sue, is nutlettes anything like fiber one?
hi, jmc!
hi, jmc!
hi hi uu
nutlettes are kind of like grape nuts except they are made of pure soy - high in fiber and protein, low in fat and carbs
i am on a conference call that i do not want to be on
lol, jmc, my computer hiccuped :-)
ahh, i remember grapenuts
Hi Babblers, there's a pic of Abby (the hurt kitty) id anyone is interested.

Despite being nominated five times, Gandhi never won the Nobel Peace Prize. Although posthumous awards aren’t given, the Nobel Committee came as close as possible in 1948, the year he died, when they didn’t give out an award because “there was no suitable living candidate.â€

sorry, my internet went flaky
Ahhh, actually it was a little dizzy and unassisted walk. I can walk at home now sans crutches. My gait seems ot be making me feel queasy. or I am just tired.
with three computers, three smart phones, and an Xbox, the router gets a little overwhelmed sometimes
and red, be careful - you don't want to fall!!
I have taken to sort of carrying the crutches in case....I think it may be exhaustion. I fell asleep at PT today....thank goodness I dont think I drooled.
healing takes a lot of energy, red - even if you're not doing anything you can get pretty worn out after surgery
today was a huge day, I biked almost 30 mins, and then walked and all the other stuff...I also drank a ton of coffee, so even though I need to sleep i can't but expect it to be a very very early night.
wow, no wonder you are tired!!!
I am pretty pleased, but I could use a little sleep, on my own bed tonight too! the air bed is a little hard.
okay the debriefing phone call after the phone conference is finally over
hi JMC! Congrats on debriefing.
YAY Red is walking!
blech on debreifing my ear is about to fall off
Sorry about yoru ear. I am very happy about the "walking" but also somewhat ill....too much in one day.
ohdear do be careful red -- don't want this to have been for naught
I'll bet, jmc!!!
Oh yeah, my whole plan for the rest of this day is to move some pillows and go to sleep.
sounds like an excellent plan, red.
I be done :)
have a good day all :)
congrats Sadie!!!! I have 23 left.
wtg saide and hello all - i still have 22
yaaa! our ginger kitty is home from the vet....775 dollars later...boooo:(
cl 5 and cl6 a spice
O_O wow, crossy, what cost so much (she asks fearfully - dog has an appointment in a week or so)
noswaith dda - good evening
she had a cyst on her tail for last 2 months or so,had gotten to size of gold ball,we were on verge of making an appt, but this morn the cyst exploded and we had bood and other matter everywhere.we took her to vet and he operated on her
golf
thats a bit nasty crossy - is kitty okay
blood
ahhh, an emergency, I see. poor kitty!
she is home and groggy and just ate her first food of the day(cyst exploded at 8 am)
eating food is a good sign
vet was just opening up,so at least no emerg call fees
vote
glad kitty is home
oops
our other 2 year old black make kitty was a wreck wondering where she had gone
I'm sure you're getting the suspicious looks now cuz she smells different after being at the vet
she is 6 and i think has a mother thing going with him as she cleans and grooms him from time to time
our friends kitty was bitten at the top of his tail and had a huge explosion job - not nice and stunk to high heaven
ouch
one of our tomboys got into a fight with something around here (probably a racoon) and wound up with several abcessed wounds - took him in, they knocked him out, cleaned them (but no stitches), and then called to ask if, while they had him out, did we want him "fixed" for a bargain price - sold! :)
guess the big expense of neutering is the anesthesia?
one of the big expenses .. that and the time it takes in their care for him to go under and come back out again
my friend has 3 cats and 2 dogs - one cat had thyroid issue and needed radioactive treatment twice, one cad had anal glands rupture six months apart, third cat diagnosed as diabetic, one dog with colitis, the other with epilepsy- all diagnosed and treated last year - somewhere around $3000
hi again, all, glad your cat is home and recovering, crossy!
oops cat
woooowwwww.... what a lot of poor luck!
they certainly kept her busy last year. My sea monkeys died - $6 down the drain...
I like my expenses compared to hers
bro in laws cat cost him the equivalent of about $4500 for one visit
lol, I hear the, jess! :)
*that!
i guess pet insurance is a very good idea
(at work, lotsa kids running around my library, quite distracting!)
yes - if we get a pet we will be having insurance for it
shoot, can't even afford people insurance, sigh...
does anyone have a clue for the fi 6/33 please
nm got it
glad you have - that's what i'm looking for
ah, i have it too
adverb version of fi4, to chop something very small is to chop fi6
is that the one?
yes
we looked into pet insurance..the yearly fee is around 200 dollars, you are allowed a ONE time expense fee of UP to six thousand dollars..then your policy is re-examined
much cheaper and more flexible here in the UK crossy
when they reexamine..the rate goes up
might be worth it not sure..average cat lives fifteen to sixteen..so that is 3200 for the life of the cat if nothing goes wrong..so if they need a 6 grand operation in that time..you save 50%
*fireworks*
yay, Glant!!!
yay, glant!!
yaa for glant!
pedigree animals are more likely to need veterinary attention than moggies/mongrels
might be worth factoring that in
<--- does not have pet insurance. The cats and dog are under strict orders not to have expensive problems.
ours are rescued pets saved from death..no over bred high priced pets here lol
On the other hand, part of my roof needs replacing, sigh.
anybody want a clue before i go?
and same here, crossy, two tabby cats and a labradoodle.
a nice bottle of Fleurie is calling... and we had a cash buyer view the house today so I am wishing for an offer tomorrow or next week...
rescued pets are the best pets
co6/30?
very nice glant
nice, glant!!
hubby has been known to mention that "lead poisoning" is much cheaper than the vet (he's only kidding)
rescued pets re the best pets but they take the most effort initially
don't have that one, holly, but am looking
c06/30 like little co5 - sheltered bays with an R in the middle
yes, they have often been abandoned, abused and takes time to trust the evil humans again
Thank you, thank you thank you!
thx, glant!
plus we think they have had such poor starts in life that we treat them like underpriviledged children - which gives them all the wrong messages about where they come in our family 'pack'
ty glant
better to set clear bundaries at the beginning of our relationships with them - makes them happier
lol, the wife and i are alpha male and female..they learn that fast
good point, Glant
that is always a good thing crossy
i spent 10 years working for the RSPCA (UK humane society) and the hardest thing was trying to convince new onwers that 'spoiling' their new pets was actually a weird form of cruelty!
anyway, off to enjoy the Fleurie and dream of moving home and starting afresh - see you tomorrow!
our cats know when they eat,how much they eat,to sit for bath or brushing, how to take meds, they go to their bed on command, sit on command..all the standard stuff
bye, glant!
wow, those are some pretty well-trained cats, crossy!
one is traind to a harness
trained
when I got my second cat I followed all the instructions about introducing a new cat - put it in a separate room, gave it food, water, and a litter box, let the two cats sniff each other under the door ...
*rofl at the notion of our cats sitting still for a bath* - we use welding gloves
really??
wow
... but the new cat opened the door to the room (!) and disappeared into the basement for a month. The two of them still don't get along.
like i saw the 6 year old took on a mother role with the 2 year old
moved to a new condo and the cat immediately found the hole behind a fake cabinet that led to the access wall between kitchen and bath
disappeared for over a day, freaking me out
but he is very playfull and when she gets tired of it,she gives him a shot with her front paws that sends him tumbling down the hall
i bed it did shirlock
contractor came, ripped out the fake cabinet and then said "oh, i don't see any blood so should be fine, cat will come back when it feels like it"
probably did, too :-)
of course she did
anyway that initial disappearing act was what earned my second cat her name: Cheshire. I knew there was a cat there - food disappeared and poop appeared - but we sure didn't see her for a while!
but it didn't give me any confidence when contractor couldn't tell me where the access wall went
whee fireworks for me
yay, kazz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi again
hi, hego!
Back to finish. 15 more to go.
33 for me but I need to go out and do some errands. bbl.
You'll finish. I'm sure.
down to 16. I finished off the C's I think this one I can finish, but I did go to the list.
hi all!
ti 6/21?
Hi Peri
hi peri
nm\
48 left, bouth new sunglasses today, much nicer than the old ones
bought even
Yaaay for glamorous glasses?
can someone clue the fi 6, 33 (I did get the list!!!)
hello Peri.
they are sexier than the old one which I just bought last year but were pretty basic
or should I say more flattering :)
Nice! Sexy is good. I bought a pair of sexy ones, but I have to say when I looked at them today, They looked sexy but on me they looked strange.
Red, add an onion fi6 chopped
Molly , not getting that clue :(
OH wow, thanks for the fish Molly.
It eluded me for a while too. : D
thank Molly, did figure it out
10 left going to take a bit of a break.
Ah! fireworks.
Peri I just noticed your sexy glasses.
Wow! Everyone must be thinking really hard!
Ah well. Nite all.
Yaaay Hego!
ty red
Going now. Poof!
anyone have a clue for the z word please?
its a zl, and some sort of maybe a yiddish co**? maybe.
zl 5.
z + ** and behold + **a For Two
z word.... polish coin....
Technically, the Polish coin ends in y. So I have an issue with this z word.
thanks Molly and red
clues for the ti 6? either one. and Maryte and Molly had great clues.
Plural of the metal guy in The Wizard Of Oz
Please get your work done in a ti6 fashion
Oooh thanks, 4 left.
3!
2
1!!!
go red go!!!
fireworks! .
nd now to try to make some sort of dinner....
hello all -- does anyone have a clue for fi5/18?
and hooray for red!
fi5 - devilish
and hi jilli
hmmmdevilish...thinking!
hi chrissie and thanks
yvw
and finished - any clues wanted before I go?
hey all! **hugs jill**
YAY chrissie!
hi stiddie -- no more studdie?
nope. ALL done. Just waiting for the papers that prove I am qualified to teach.
Wheee for ChrissieDeee!
and looking for the passport that I asked Tom to put away a few months ago and he never did... *sigh*
Lovely, stid. And will there be a grad ceremony?
gosh, well done stidmama
yes, but I didn't go. I was a water balloon target instead. this afternoon. Now I am home recuperating and trying to warm up (not the nicest day to get soaking wet!)
thanks!
It's mostly sunny here but still on the cool side in the shade.
and a brisk breeze from time to time.
not sunny. was supposed to maybe hit 65, but I think we topped out lower.
stagnant air... *sigh* wishing for a thunderstorm or something to change the energy!
as long as it brings suny and warm behind the thunderstorm!
exactly!
could I have help on the Y for NBT?
yl4/7 babblet
thanks jill, got it!
thought you would
I tried a zy that reminded me of that, but it didn't count! LOL
and wtg!
well, down to 35 and should lie down for a bit. Have been going pretty hard today and need to rest before supper with my folks. Stidkid#2 should be home soonish.
***hugs and choclits for everyone*** *poof*
hi all - might any one be able to clue a word from the center O? seeking NBT
***fireworks*** (suddenly, much to my surprise!)
ol5/10, I think -- spanish cheer + not out
hi aknitter!
hi jilli - ty for the clue and congrats on your fw
hi again, all! Back for my last 33...
helo uusue!
hi, jilli!
I can clue sporadically for a bit
not ready yet, but thanks!
howdy again everyone, back for a few more:)
hi, crossy!
sue!!:)
finally going to expert, finding all the easy words I missed :-P
lol
i do not know what is worse, going to lickety and finding the last 20 are impossible babblets,or going to lickety and finding they are easy 4 letter words
hi crossy!
well, finding that they're easy certainly makes it go quickly!
easy is worse
howdy jilli
if they're hard, you're like, well good thing i came here and didn't try to find these crazy things for another 2 hours
crossy confesses that he also brings up the entire chat log and culls the flip peoples posts for clues;))
even at that I find myself trying ridiculous combinations of letters before finding something obvious
only after do i bring up lickety as a last resort
lol, crossy, I do that in desperation but not often (although since someone pointed out the existence of morewords I have been using it quite a bit)
there's such variety in the way babblers go about solving
it is interesting to hear the different methods
I find what I can, watch for clues, try for nbt before going to Lickety, then go through the list, then try some monkeying and ask for clues, then go to morewords if I'm stuck and there's nobody to ask.
ok, I won't tell you all the crazy non-words I just typed in before finding the le4/5.
lol
I do not look for long words at the beginning because they so often grow out of shorter ones which are easier to find (for me).
hi all, back to find my last 28
wb peri
hi, peri!
hi peri!
Back in a bit --things to do if nobody needs clues just now...
co6/21 pls
NM:)
fireworks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yaa for sue!!
yay for sue!!
fi5 pls
devil, peri
ty sue
sue, do you get the veria channel where you are. it is 162 here on FIOS. There is a show called Fed Up and the host cooks meals to help with issues that the guests have. One show was about celiac disease but I did not watch it
wiat, I did watach some of it and she made cookies with rice flour and almond meal which the guest really liked
still can't type :(
i never could type sue,but i do not let that stop me;)
:)
sounds good, peri! No, I only get really basic cable (cheapskate) so maybe 15 channels none of which are very interesting :-)
too bad :(
if it were not for the mrs and my son,i would not even bother with cable tbh the history channel, discovery, tlc and the amc are the only ones worth tuning it
in
lots of good shows : vegetarian cooking, aromatherapy, pilates, yoga, etc
co6/21 help please
I got fed up with history and tlc when they started showing a lot of nonsense; I do like the science channel and national geographic but it's not worth the $$$
yes forgot about national geographic..
co + consonant + this print is almost too ***y to read
I like those shows too, crossy and sue but I do not pay for cable, my sister does :)
but for those 6 good channels we just listed,i had to get 3 different channel packs with 350 channels of garbage
co6/21 -- same first 3 letters as previous word + what cans are made of (theoretically)
oh well, too slow as usual so I'll leave the clueing to others, lol!
that is too bad crossy, would be nice if you could request a cable package made specially for each customer
that would be nice, peri, I would almost consider paying for a few select channels!
crossy, my son and his wife have given up cable and use Netflix plus streaming from a computer projected onto a wall.
jilli, you are looking both sexy and sultry in that icon
and blowing smoke too, peri! Looong ago!
does that cost much less, jilli?
netflix is like $20 a month
Netflix is about $9 a month where they are!
it is much less, not sure if sis and bro in law would want to change tho
oh ok, i think some fancier packages are $20
It depends what they enjoy watching.
do you get shows with netflix or just movies?
I don't know.
we already have netflix for movies
our tastes are not the same
hmm maybe it has changed since i had it. their website now says $7.99 month for unlimited streaming
They watch shows and sports etc via streaming video on the computer. They have a projector.
And a laptop computer so it's portable.
ti6/27 pls
The projector is on loan from the school where d-i-l teaches drama.
ti6/21 is pl of the squeaky guy in the Wizard of Oz
I know jilli, I need the ti6/27 pls
add a couple of letters to the ti4/5, peri
(turns it into an adverb)
oops -- you wanted 6/27 -- I hope this reply is ti6/27 enough.
sheesh, ty sue
ty jilli
12 left, going to forage for dinner, bbs
it wasn't. :-(
I must go and put that chicken stock I made into little containers for freezing before it grows bad things! Then going out for dinner -- hope to be back for flip-time.
TTFN, and happy babbling!
bye jilli
bye, jilli and peri!
and now I am going to go do some cooking myself...
bbl!
hi all
fireworks....woot!
missing four 6s: have cl, co, co, ro, ti, ti, to, tr?
wahoo cathy!
there are 3 co's leslie
co6/21, 6/30 and 6/36
ok missing 36 should be easy enough to figure out
there is an fi6/33...just add two letters to the fi4/7 before it.
in6,21 and in6,18
co6/36 plurals the co5/22
ahh ok. have co, fi, and one of the in words. thanks guys
welcome! :-)
yw
ahh and there's the last. all right, 12 to go
still here if you would like clues leslieann! :-)
go leslieann!
you could point me in the right direction for the first o and the z :)
ol5,10 what a bull fighter might say+opposite of out
oh sorry i meant the first row o
o+2 crossed letters+vowel
well hmmmph that was an easy one
thanks
the z is the singular waord of the polish word for money
zl 5/20
it is not in any american of Candian dictionary that i could find, but enable deems it to be fine'
19 to go. Let
oops let's see if I can do it.
have the rules been changed to allow spelling clues?

lol, TO!
hi uu, have fi6?
fi6 makes an adverb out of the preceding fi4
The fi6/33 word is fi 4/7 plus 2 letters 72 Temple Owl.
Although babbling is not my fo 5/16 at all, I in 6/21ed to finish grid listless. I finished the puzzle in a ti6/27 manner, but not listless as I had inte4/5ed to do.Now I will le4/5 a hand w/a story of clues. I'm a pack-rat. I do not like to throw away any it4/5s in the house. I consider everything in the house a valuable treasure-tr6/27. I lo4/7 everything I got. If I won the lo5/10, then I could get rid of everything&buy all new things My hoarding has taken a to 4/4 on husband. Husband thinks I act like a kid who does not pick up its to4/6. Husband said that one day, he is going to just throw everything in the trash. Then I reto5/10ed,"what if I threw out your baseball mi4/5?" Always te4/4 hubby, you worry about your stuff & I'll worry about mi 4/5. Hubby lo 5/16 it whenever I do throw something out. I'm me4/5ow when it comes to having a sloppy house but hubby gets so uptight about it. He recomme4/5s I spend more time cleaning&less time babbling.Hubby complains about the dustmi4/5s in the house. He says I'm not too good in the ro4/4 of housekeeper. Hubby says I should know how to clean the house by ro 4/4, but I don't. Instead I just ro4/7 around house with a rag,but nothing gets cleaned. But I hate cleaning and I think it's a ro 6/18 job! At times I'm to4/4 between babbling & knowing I have to clean. It's after ni4/4 'o' clock. It is ti4/5 for me to go in 4/4 the kitchen and eat a pork lo4/4 dinner. After that, I am going to go watch a Richard Dreyfuss film called "Ti6/21" with my dog. He is feeling forlo4/4 because I've been ignoring him.I hope that you all have a fi 4/7 evening. G'ni4/4!
evening all...just dove in...I think I can, I think I can...

hi everyone, just dropped in!
hi flosey
i may be the only one here...
hi jes
thank you flosey................ i was tearing my hair out
yw snags
ah, snags was lurking :)
what else do you need
2 left. I need the co6/30 and the te5/10
i apprieciate any help.
co6 is like ess-cu6, but different first vowel (if that wasn't obvious from the clue, i guess)
co6 - if it was cu it would be someone with a nice figure perhaps
i had the cu's for years, but in my early 60's I became a big lap granny sigh
te5 - first same 3 as previous word + 2 vowels
lol snags, lots of us are grannies
i am old enough for greats. but so far none. :)
I'm old enough but married later, as did my kids
did we talk about this once before??
lol, short term memory!!
I married way too soon......... and was left a widow at the age of 58...........
co6/30 (evening all...was out, need 16 to finish)
hi pini
hi snags
like the cu6/30 meaning bends
hi pini, just clued it at 11?28
lol, that's 11:28
* looking *

in6 x 2? (fishies?)
I don't in6 to just give it to you Pini
oy!
the other is in + to4
danke!
yw
thanks, flosey
yw jes
btw: having had to scroll back...Can I put my Granny Club name tag on, too?
Pini, pretty icon - before I checked it out thought it was a malformed eye
aha, by all means Granny Pini
* smile * thx flosey...it's pretty cool ;)
Oh, I should change my label to "Nonna" Pini...cuz that's what my gran's call me ;)
ah, that's a different one!
I like that Pini, my grands call me Nana.
Nonna is G'ma in Italian ;)
I'm gramma - little one doesn't have his tongue around it yet!
(pronounced: No-nah)
:)
ro5 before bad apple?
