ru you came very close to taking the lead over the past few days..was on vac. in KC and did a microsoft update...laptop was running slow after and did a system restore...laptop never came out of it...all I had was a black screen and my cursor...took me a day and a half to get it up and running correctly again...made sat's puzzle by about an hour...phew :)

Vino was banned for two years and is very humble now. This is his last Tour before he retires and I think he paid the price and ought to win a little. He is certainly trying hard

hi mrp - i think its normal for that computer NOT to know you: internet browsers usually remember you AND your password - a different computer/browser won't - but, all you should need is to log on using mrp as usual but you have to supply your password... which you probably have not used in a long time on your regular computer...

Perhaps between what you and your son make, working full time, you can work something out. My youngest is 19, lives at home and works, and he kicks in.
as long as the kid goes to school, support is required here...I think...
he convinced him to not...to ensure his support went down....and he is cutting mine....b/c he took a less paying job so he can work on side..he will be pulling in upwards of 80K in total...and paying me 150.00/ month

soccer game tonight but I cant go - needs to be at the field for 4:00 and I dont get out of work until 4. The field is also an hour and a half away. I get to Fridays game though. I dont like to miss them.
They did not win the baseball championship last week but gave it a valient effort. The umps were against us from the first pitch. It wasnt fair to our boys and poor sportsmanship on the part of the other team. Thats behind us now.

He was the captain of the middle school soccer team, on the middle school track team (sprinter), U14 division A indoor soccer team, U15 babe ruth baseball and now on a JV summer soccer league.
he is now down to just soccer as baseball finished last week.
He would love to play soccer professionally - that is his real passion. But soccer here is the states is limited at that level.
Lots of work overseas though if he passionate
and the money to get him there such as the olympic development team is ridiculous. We have already checked it out. The local soccer clubs will run about $1500 US a year. We cant afford that. He will need to make it on his own talent and as many local travelling teams as we can do.
High school tryouts are the first week of August...so this team is getting him ready for that.
Maybe some overseas scout will 'find' him
or some great college scholarship when he is ready - that my hope

Where I live, we are major producers for "The Grid"...we may lose power but we are one of the first back on line...
it is not actual loss that is the problem,it is surges or brownouts and other fluctuations
we are major producers as well,but i have seen socket voltage go as low as 80 volts and as high as 135

Most of our electricity flows into the States....When we had that major blackout, you should have seen the scrambling going on! someday im going to get rich and get me a log cabin in the middle of no where :)

There was a woman today walking her dog AGAIn today off leash in our apt complex. The dog totally does not listen to her, so I can not imagine why she does not just put the leash on him..

I used to see a woman walk her dog with no leash all the time. She "didn't believe in leashes". Said they "limited an animals adventurous spirit". I also watched that dog almost get hit by a car three times.

It is possible to have a dog on voice command and have them be safe without a leash but it takes a LOT of training and diligence, and is never 100% safe as some odd situation may cause the dog to forget its training

But I do not believe in restricting foods...So I got cupcakes.

ah. I lost weight after my last surgery but that was because my throat was damaged during intubation and I couldn't swallow very well. I kept the weight off for a while but then gained it back this spring during all the fuss with my dad; now I am trying to lose it (and a bunch more besides) again. Sigh.

blue, I am upping my exercise a bit (slowly b/c I am no longer young) - walking to and from work and doing a bit of weights in the mornings, and sticking to very low fat, mostly vegetarian foods (I've tried low carb and it doesn't work for me; we are all different). This has worked for me in the past and seems to be working now.
I don't lose weight very fast so it requires a lot of patience but I know that if I don't pig out very often, and don't get lazy about the exercise, the pounds will gradually come off.
Good for you, uusue! I am trying to lose a few pounds (okay, more than a few), too...
nice. I just went on sparkpeople...am playing around with the part where I can create the exercise routine..but am very pleased with the meal plans so far..
I've lost 5 pounds since I started this a little over a month ago; ultimately I'd like to lose another 45.
I've not heard of sparkpeople...
I like sparkpeople; they have some nice exercise routines. I do my own meal plans because, well, that's what I do.
you might want to check them out, jellen; they're free and have a lot of exercise and meal ideas.

I am horrible with meal plans because I don't really cook...
me either...but these are REALLY simple..mostly just making usre you combine the right foods. Anything that is actually a "meal" so to speak, will list the recipe.

We didn't need a moving van. We used 4 ca4/5 to ca4/5 our stuff from Yonkers Poughquag, a ha 6/24 of Beekman. I cr 6/24 all of my clothes in a milk cr5/12.Hubby had a he4/6 of things I wanted to get rid of,but he he4/6 onto his junk.For example,he insisted he take his da 4/5 set that he got in 10th gr 5/16.Told him that he never played with his da 5/12, they just sat collecting dust.But it was a battle I lost He was de 4/6 set on keeping them. I also wanted to get rid of my hubby's CD collection,but he insisted on bringing it. Not sure why,the only one he listens to is Ga 5/16 Brooks.Was also hoping to get rid of hubby's ga 4/6. Always thought it was too dangerous to keep in the house,but he still has it. I have a he4/6ache. I am not in a good st 5/10 of mind.Mu4/6 take a break and sh 4/6 down the computer and get off my tu 4/6 and go relax. Hopefully, my he4/6 will become ta4/5r if I lay down and rest for a bit. I'll be back la 4/4r on.
