i can't trust him at all. he has a history of 'biding his time' before attacking me. I think it would be interesting to have me and my lawyer meet with him and his lawyer, just to clarify what he means by all this.
I think I would want him to suffer...
cause he told people that he HAD orders against me, when he didn't, and he convinced people I was under investigation for crap, when I wasn't. He is a liar and deceptive and I want to ensure he knows what this all means if we go through with it.
so, yes suffer is good. I would want my lawyer and I to meet with his lawyer and him to ENSURE he understands what his lawyer is asking for. Otherwise, he will make up more lies and bull and bide his time again to attack me. I want to know that any agreement made is fulfilled, but nothing is guaranteed of course. :)
concentrate on your move and give it some thought before you agree to anything and make him wait for a decision. Be back later take care ;o)

I have sold books to a used book store and what they don't take donate to the library. I have sold DVD's and CD's to a used record store. And have made money by taking clothes to a consignment shop. Of course some stuff just has to be tossed ;)
we also have a local "freecycle" website. And someone needed a bookcase for their child's room. Since I have downsized my book collection, I could help that person out by giving her the old bookcase.

we have several charity groups that will come and pick stuff up at the curb or door: DAV, VeitNanVets, ARC, Courage Center, etc. and we always donate stuff that way. I have 3 huge boxes of Aunty's clothes and linens packed for a battered women's shelter that I need to take over there; and want to get through all of the 15 boxes of clothes, linens and soft things that were cleaned after the fire that were delivered here before I start dealing with the stuff still in storage.
But the problem with my Dtr, is that she just has so much STUFF and I doubt if she even knows what she has anymore! And it isn't organized or anything; it's just all over everything!
our system is much smaller Nef (small island) but very happy to have it here, we'd have to go to a major centre ie Victoria or Vancouver
