But it didn't come on overnight, so I don't mind taking it off slowly.
Oh well that is good! You are heading in the right direction. And I totally agree with you...portion size is so tricky!

I will have another funeral to attend in the next couple of weeks - that of my ex-hub's uncle who died from Peritonitis caused by an op he had for bowel cancer. lili - the old hospital I had my son in was like that - it was an old US Troops hospital in WWII. But I had my baby there in 1984. The nurses were wheeling me back to a ward on a trolley (gurney) down a corridor that sloped very steeply and struggling to make sure it (and I) didn't get away and crash into the wall at the bottom.
There was green stuff on the taps in the operating theatre they took me to because they thought I might have to have a caesarean.
