rbud lol it is a drink that really needs getting used to
quite a bitter taste but those that drink it love it
ah, I can see why! Wiki says it's "bitter, spicy and sweet", "commonly served with soda water, wine, or citrus juice", and "among the Top 20 liqueurs in the world." Doesn't sound like my type.
I'm more of a disgustingly sweet and fruity type, like fuzzy navels or Tequila Rose, or some wine or wine coolers... but then I don't drink much. Once every few years or so, lol.
(don't tell ruru - I know a glass of wine a day is supposed to be good for us, but I'd rather have grape juice!) ;p
when I travel I try the drink the locals drink, so have had some really strange stuff lol
they say that a glass of wine is good for the digestion
I've always had trouble drinking wine with food, it just doesn't taste right to me. Before or after, maybe, but not together. I'm just not cultured, I guess, lol!
