That site is having a lot of technical issues at the moment, so I'm not even sure registration is working. A friend of mine who tried to register there recently never got the email with the link to click to complete the process.

wordsplay is significantly better, i find. There's a couple other good ones out there too - bitwordy or prolific on facebook, wordracer @ yahoo, serpentine @ cobradragon.
i entered weboggle and 5 sites came up......... i do not have the patience to search each one of them
I don't find wordsplay better at all... just the opposite. The interface isn't as nice and the social aspect of it seems to be absent. No profile pages where people can leave comments to each other, etc.

I have the odd newbie accuse me of "cheating" on there, which is pretty funny... I mean one only has to watch how I enter words to see that I can't be cheating, as the host of our table knows.
i get accused of cheating all the time there
Cheat programs enter the words more quickly than any human could ever type, and all in alphabetical order... so it's not hard to tell. lol

so, my mom is in hospital, and the staff keep asking me what are my plans. i keep asking them for a diagnosis. they want to know my plans but they don't give me a diagnosis. i think maybe we are having trouble communicating, or i am not asking the right questions. comments?

is it something where they want to know if she will have support at home or cannot go home alone?
not that old then..my mom was in the hospital last year and they seemed to diagnose her as too old to keep going..keep her comfortable and all that..she's 96 and home and doing great

well, the hosp she is at right now is giving her rehab. they don't seem to do anything else there

you should ask them what kind of care they think she needs after the hospital and what kinds of services they can suggest. when my mother was discharged they worked with getting her services within her medicare (or other) coverage
my mother picked up one infection after another while she was in the hospital..her recovery took so much longer
they should have some kind of social services department

it is very hard, especially when you know you cannot give the support or afford to buy the support necessary
her medicare will pay for 60 days rehab and/or nursing home
oh, yes, they do have a social worker, she called, left her name, did not explain that the other person i already talked to was not the social worked. OY
actually, the previous hospital told me medicare will pay for 100 days. maybe that's one of the new provisions of obamacare

Wait a minute!What are you doing?" I marched them all to the Principal's office. My Principal lo 4/4ed the guilty ones some sponges and made them clean the floor.Most of the kids were lo 4/8 as they scrubbed floor,but some students mo4/5 about having to clean floor. After that, the students had to write a paper about the importance of respecting school property and then they had to give an or 4/4 report to the Principal. So the mo5/12 of this story is,if you're going to disrespect the school property, don't do it right in front of a teacher's room. I am going to al5/18 hubby to use computer now. We had a really bad winter a few years ago. Three storms in two months that were over 16 inches each. I find that kind of weather very depressing.
