he has antibiotics (oral and cream) and moisturizer, which I have to keep insisting he use
the moisturizer is crucial. The skin is a barrier for infection; so remind him of that and that might help him to use it
he's like a little kid; he knows what he needs to do and why, but he gets distracted and forgets so I have to follow him around all the time and remind him

I think that my DH was probably ADD; but because the M.S. is limiting what he can and can't do; it increases the "wanting to do stuff"

cooking spaghetti sauce in a cast iron fry pan ;-) the acid in the 'maters leaches some iron into the sauce...
I checked the bag of spinach, didn't seem to have too much iron in it. he also needs high protein so the meat is good for both
