dee, have found some great shoes for FM. called wolverines over here. th4 are a leather upper type of sneaker, lovely thick squishy sole, and a sort of pad in the heel which absorbs the force of impact when we walk. i'm actually making through my 9 hour shift without muscle spasms.

i can't wear a lace-up...no room for when my feet swell, these are cut low in the upper and have a velcro strap. easy on/off

the on4 i bought look like a sort of court shoe...only the leather is matt, not shiny

I care for one of my sister thats has mental and health problems.plus a older friend thats alost blind--somedays it seems too much but then agin I wouldnt change things either. If you know what I mean.Iam sure you know what I mean
