Pug, we used to have show horses for years - we did dressage, eventing - my daughter did hacking as well. I used to hunt (which I loved) Now we are breaking in a Welsh Section D- We have a 15 hand grey arab and my favourite - a black shetland pony - we are looking to buy a nice quiet hack as well

I surprised my g-friend yesterday with a visit and we went to a recycling plant a few miles from her home.They have a store there that they put usable things in that they give free.Anyway I found about 3 nice items for my kitchen.(I have my kitchen in chickens, sunflowers and pigs). Got a really nice cookie jar and 2 knickknack hens

it's what my psychiatrist always tells me. I have ptsd, and she always says we don't know a tenth yet of what stress does to the body. It influences all hormones, and therefore each and every physical process.

First he went to a psychologist but he didnt like him at all. So my daughter and sil thought to try a psychiarist and they reasearched doctors in their area and the doctor they picked seems to be helping him and he likes her. He sleeps at night now w/o a problem. Thank goodness.

He has been seeing her for about 7 months
car. yes, it is sad but you are getting him help. You are a good parent.
It did take some convincing for my DH to get on board. He thought I was enabling him by telling him I used to be the same way. But now that he has seen some of the anxiety attacks first hand, I think my DH is willing to give it a go.

i have been having a fun day -- one shelf developed a crack, so i had to move all the books off, take down the shelf, superglue it, and now i am in the process of putting books on it again, this time a lot fewer and lighter ones! (heavy duty platic shelf, but still, it was overloaded)

I have a few shelves like that now but have not taken the time to fix them yet. Now they are just crooked.
worst part was, trying to find place to put the books, then trying to find a place to lay the shelf upside down to repair it. very stiny apartment stuffed with books here

I personally don't think getting a Batchlors degree is going to make me a better nurse. (not at my age anyway)
yes, definitely rn shortage in rural areas, but there are MD shortages there too.
how is a bsn different from a RN or LPN?
phand, hospitals don't always want to pay for skilled RN's; and a lot of young people going into nursing find it isn't like nurses are portrayed in the movies and romance novels; that it's a lot of hard work too.
will I have an ASsociates degree, an LPN, is limited in what they can do in practice.
BSN, ASN both equal RN

RNs can have AA, diplomas or 4 year degrees, lvd. They still haven't settled on an entry level education because when there is a shortage, they come up with the shorter programs (esp. when there are wars, etc.) Other countries have pretty much solved that; but not the US yet
I just want a nurse who knows what s/he is doing and knows where the body parts are suppose to be! I doubt I will ask for their transcripts.
Is true that nursing isn't really as glamorous as the movies portray. And it is super hard work, just like raising a family!
