I know one of my older model computers wouldn't do shockwave for some reason, a different bit amount (32 vs 64) but I don't recall the exact problem.
I know adblock caused the page to fail for me until I turned it off for that site.

LOL, I have thought of that often, how very hard for those visiting our country. We are flying Delta, but connecting flights are their smaller airlines Skywest and Mesa. I remember what a nightmare it used to be to go through LAX under those circumstances
