It is a muscle relaxant so may help if you are spasming or tightening up due to the pain, but it may not help. Aleve and ice are your friends. The first 3 days will be the worst, then you will improve.

fun -- so busy! not us, just a concert in two weeks (actually March 2), then a couple months of rehearsals and a final concert... on top of the school stuff of course. But mostly the kiddo handles all of it now.
I am... tired. three-day weeks are very difficult I find, as a teacher. I think I am trying to fit the same amount of learning into the three days as would fit in "normal" days... but the kids are not normal on three day weeks!
I know teaching is difficult during a normal week and 3 day weeks the kids Are crazier than usual. I really respect teachers
