Total hip replacement. I had what is called the antero-lateral approach, in which no muscles or tendons are cut, resulting in a faster recuperation with fewer restrictions.
Amazingly, it was done with spinal anesthesia plus a sedative, so no general anesthesai risks nor hangover.

Iam afraid I havent had very nice thoughts about this server this morning--lol
nice, started with church, where they gave don and early gift and card, and a cake with a candle. then footy with deacon, and his bit of a birthday. then home, and youngest son and wife called in to say hello. all in all, a great day.
yeah, it was a b***h when i was here earlier.
that was nice of the church to do and how did it go at the footy(and what is that) and no pain at church either
no pain at church, or later. deacon is playing for the junior league. they don't keep score (supposedly ), they just run around and kick the ball when they can. the ball they use is oval in shape, and can bounce any which way. the senior players can predict the way it will bounce, but the littlies can't. it quite funny to watch.
pugs, if you google AFL football, you should be able to find a clip of a game being played.
it is very different to american or british football.

Rose all the pics of your Anzac day were all in Queensland--is that the main headquarters there
some of them were from here in melbourne, but i agree a lot were in queensland.
just about every town/city of any size in australia has a returned servicemen's league, or RSL.
nothing special. Had 2 of the g/dtrs and they lurved watching the march on TV.....they got excited when their g/g/dads (my Dad) battalion go thru....even tho he passed before they were born. I believe in instilling the Legend in the young ones

i go right to the farm and get a flat of extra-large brown eggs
you know they are fresh when you have to wash em yourself

Lots of layers the order of the day. You can always take clothes off (calm down ru) to get cool but it is hard to get warm in a similar way.
Well.... I made sure the pan was ultra hot! I battered the eggs to within an inch of their lives... And added mozzerella, peppers, chopped onions and some ham. Delush!
