oh, pug, great! I am exhausted, but fun with kids; wedding was very nice - small, intimate, but lovely. Her dress was simple, yet elegant. Food was unusual and great!

Buffet had pulled pork; a Caribbean style chicken with fried rice (all meat was so tender you could cut it with a fork); spinach salad with mandarin oranges, almonds.... absolutely delicious, yet simple

rose: got an invitation from friends to stay with them for a couple of days. They booked me a room in a house run by friends of theirs. They live on a boat themselves. He is very very talkative which might be a bit much. She is a darling.

sprite, i was wearing flippers for the first 15 minutes in the pool today, then switched to weights on BOTH ankles for the rest of the session. needed endone when i got home, took magnesium on the way home.
wowwwww such progress, rose! Did the mag and the endone cut it?
i lay down for about 2 hours, the when i got up, i felt fine. have done all the folding, sorting, ironing today.
a little stiff now, nearly 9 hours later, but that's all.
oh WOW trice over. Rose, am so so proud of you. You really turned a corner. Took an awful lot of perseverence but you did it.
once i am wearing flippers for the whole session i will probably be ready for land-based gym.

oh! My kids were exactly the same. Still are. No quarter, not even in the loo. And my husband once brought me the telephone while I was taking a shower. I draw the line right there, lol.

when I used to travel, I rarely carried a camera but, if I did,it was just to take pictures of foreign colleagues
I am told there is a camera app that gives you a HUD display on the corner of your smart phone screen to you can keep tapping away , but still see where you are walking.
