It is truly scarier sounding than it will be if it has to happen. One of our friends now has a metal contraption down her arm and had with all of the metal on the exterior of the wrist screwed into her bone

Hurshy, do you have an alarm on your computer? If so, my suggestion is to set it for every hour so that you may make a concious effort to relax all the muscles. Also, walking would help. I expect you are still adjusting to a bunch of changes that are quite stresful, whether you are aware of it or not.

We're all working really hard at building a unique family structure--two moms and a step-dad. We make parenting decisions together, spend holidays together, etc. Still in the new stages, but working ok.
