I was set up this weekend in tahoe & saw the smoke from the start of the fire. The house I stay at was one of the 1st evacuated.
I talked to the owner today & she said the fire missed the house by a block

Aloyisus - might be your cache if it looks like it's downloading too fast - try clearing IE cache - or rename when you save.

sprite - Yes - as you change things, and as you exit it saves. Check out the BabbleExpert.ini file - open with notepad.

when the grid list is long...it takes about 20-30 secs for the box to "clear"...so when adding words..takes FOREVER... and I don't have time....short frids..takes about 1 sec

the feature that's slowing it down was designed for bulk add - it goes like this :
its ok lickety...
jade, we're using lickety's program, "babble expert" which lets you input words to the grid and his list at the same time. email him for a copy.
If you do a bulk transfer - I don't want to put extra stress on babble by adding words you already have, so I check whether they exist first (in your added words) - And this check is slowing it down
don't trouble yourself...its 7:20 am...
