very much ashamed, MVA :) For the rest: was back to the doctor yesterday, antidep med is doubled now, painmed is now officially 5x10 per day (as I had experimented and found bearable). Blood pressure was back to normal. So I am a bit woozy from the meds and still down and panicky, but otherwise ok. Thanks for asking :)

Can I tell you a true story about underwear? To set the scene, you must understand that my mother was exceedingly clean. Her next door neighbour wasn't, and couldn't understand how we could produce so much washing. Anyway, this neighbour came in to speak with my mum, telling her that she had been having urinary incontinence problems, meaning that she was having to change her underwear very frequently. Anyway, she had been to the doctors, had got tablets for the condition and it had been a great success. 'Because' she announced with triumph, 'this is the third day that I have these knickers on, and they're still fine!' My mother wasn't quite sure WHAT to say....
