dry heat is great - speaking as someone who gets an afro w/ humidity. :) and you're right - it is a dry cold winter....but the "cold" is dependnet on where in the state you are - i'm in anchorage...the coast keeps it more mild. :)

I know what you mean, it seems to reassure them somehow. We have the Richard and Judy TV show here (have to say that I've not watched it) and they have a book reading club. It seems that all the books they feature go straight to the best seller list.......so you never know.

mr president, I just checked out your new web page for babblebooks. My husband and I read intro chapters for new books at the library on a podcast, but they have it set up so that people who don't podcast can also listen, by just clicking on a link.
lickety took the kids and I up to Brooklyn for lunch, we found the best seafood cafe... we shared a hot/cold seafood platter for 2 between 5 of us! it was just beautiful and we were stuffed!
I haven't listened to your podcast yet with Sprite, but will say Gibran is one of my top 3 authors.
