Polyphasic sleep is generally many small nap times instead of one large one. There are many ways to do it, and I'm looking at taking, maybe, two hour naps every six hours instead of one eight hour sleep

I'm a night owl. My preference is to go to sleep after my husband leaves for work in the morning, sleep about six hours, then get up.
But I can't do that, because I do actually *work* from home and I need to be able to communicate with people during normal working hours.
Once one learns too, they believe so. Some people just don't work that way, tho... Just like weight and food, there's no One good way. There's only the way that's best for Your body...

i went 4 13 yrs w/o taking quiting up again - in 94 i had 2 back surgeries - after the 2nd i'm a chronic pain patient & am just getting 2 the point of where i feel the desire 2 start back doing them - i'm making a wall hanging 1st 2 get back in the swing of things - i taught myself how 2 do it - also needlepoint & cross stitch - i haven't gotten the desire 2 do either of those yet

i find quilting quite challenging since u have 2 figure out the finished size plus all the squares & pieces 4 a perfect fit - but plz don't let the word perfect scare u - the never r perfect

2 slices of white bread, 2 rashers of smoked bacon, about 6 green grapes (halved, so they don't roll off), 3 thin slices of Somerset Brie with the rind left on, butter or margarine type spread for the toast. First, grill your bacon. Then grill one side of both your slices of bread. Butter the ungrilled sides of your bread and put 3 grapes halves on one half of bread, topped by your pre-grilled bacon, topped by your brie and the other 3 grape halves. Put under grill until the cheese melts.Slap untoasted side of bread on top, press down firmly and toast topside. Then eat.
