The cargo trike is NO fun in a gale-force wind with horizontal hail, trust me. My son's daycare is a half-hour ride away, and it takes longer than that to get back to my school.

oh it is sinfully delicious tasting.. sort of like sour cream. but expensive. most common brand is Fage, but there's also Oikos.... But now that trader Joe's has their own brand, it's a bit cheaper and still just as good
i had to go shopping JBV as i had not clothes small enough, my wardrobe is very small atm
oh i know about that postmenopausal thing.... it is kicking me hard. at the gym 4 or 5 times a week, no sweets, no potatoes, only whole wheat bread and pasta, etc, etc, and still not losing

Surgery is scary. If it makes you feel better, I absoloutely panicked going into surgery formy hand... I wasfine until they put a certian typeofOxyegn Mask on me....and then I realized I was sooo not in control...and I knew the surgeon and probably half the team...very embarassing, but I was terrified...
i imagine it will be like childbirth in that i will forget what the pain was like a very shortly afterwards

Ben has a tragic family history. my heart sank as scrabs described it
Ben is 15, same age as my youngest nephew, and has metastatic bone cancer. I broke the news on Thursday. It was AWFUL, one of the worst days of my life and career.
