Pro works just the same as what you have, disregard everything about expert - that is separate. Pro is just babble, only the things that went away after 14 days come back and you have an icon and get your fireworks and tile stats - plus you support babble
i don't think it's actually possible for your internet service in itself to cause any internet browser to not work. maybe there are settings in your IE that are screwed up - an impenetrable firewall or something
i have spoken to lickety about it already if you dont have IE wont work
i haven't even tried expert - i actually print lickety's list!

as a Web QA person, something designed to work in one browser doesnt always automatically work in other browsers -- they often need additional work. so if it was designed in IE, it wont necessarily work in Firefox -- or even a different version of IE.

We just added an extra elementary this year because of the demand
