He really 'gulps' down the first bit of his bottle, she has bought Dr Browns bottles and that doesn't seem to be helping either, any thoughts ?

My advice: burp during feeds; never let him lie down flat (this helps burps to rise and prevents puking); he should be drinking approx 60 -120 ml/feed (it depends on his wt); read the book "The Happiest Baby on the Block" by Dr Harvey Karp (he has a web site too)...

Infacol is what we call Mylicon here in the US--simethicone.

ata, easy peasy. they don't like a lot of water, just a quick spray every 4 weeks in the hot weather. move the pot into the sunshine from late winter to late spring, then into shade in the hot weather.also, do not pot them up into soil, but into orchid mix, which looks like bark chips.

I always hated reading EKG's---tough stuff to learn.
There were a few rhythm strips, but it was actually asking a great deal about upstrokes/downstrokes, on EKGs, and where and impulse is delayed between two nodes...things we dont really use everyday.
I'm a good reader.
In Peds we don't read EKGs so I lost that skill after residency.
