It's dalmatian, and just because they have a short coat doens't mean they are allergen-free. It's the dander which causes the allergies

Walter has had water warts for about a year. Not very meny of them, and no new ones--just the same dozen or so for about a year. Nowadays suddenly one starts itching and he scratches it until it's bleeding and I notice and slap a bandaid on it. When the spot heals up in a couple of dasy the wart is gone, and they never come back. Is this a typical pattern? I am not worried about it but it does seem kind of odd.

I see people out walking greyhounds quite a bit in my area--very active adoption program
oh, and Une.. I yearn for a dog, but can't do it in good conscience while we are still traveling so much, but some day (I look forward to it).. I miss having a dog SO much!
he has settled in very well Une, wish I had room for another but only one couch!

what is a good aid for "power surges" (like black cohosh); I'm trying to stay awy from HRT's...

we will often use HRT for a short period of time... can also use some other meds such as clonidine with some relief... there is some limited data for black cohosh (not great studies, but there are some) so you can try it... the plant estrogens and soys have not been shown to be effective
