I went to aikido cl5 yesterday evening, to test out if I could participate a bit. And I could! Great trainer, who immediately told me to put in about 20%, and not more. And to take time for my body to adapt. It was great!

the inspector guy looked under her bedcovers, and under the bed (the under bedspace was about 10" high) and the entire underbed area was a 10" mass of mould. Solid mould under the whole bed.
