ruby, this is for oily fish like mackerel, trout etc. After it has been cleaned (g), slit right down the belly and turn it over belly side down. Then press all along the backbone with your thumb. Then turn the fish back over and it is really easy to remove the bone.

she surely does Stid....she comes up to seattle for classes at the JR Powers agency; took winter off and was planning on getting back this spring but then the musical came up.....great experience for her. I can't wait to see the entire show... have seen bits and pieces when I take her to rehearsal. I think I'm more excited than she is

I wish I could ca4/5 a spell on the Weather Gods & make it be warm all of the time. Some day I'd like to have a big garden&grow some pe 5/12 and pe 4/5. I am ready to skip Spring & ea 4/4 right into Summer. Oh da 4/5! My hubby is being a pe 4/5 and needs the computer.If I do not get off, he will st 5/10 to ra4/5 and rave about my Babble addiction.
