When we found our tiny tiny kittens, I was worried about introducing them to existing cats, but it was the big old neutered tom who mothered them. He was very large and they used to sleep on his tummy, and he would wash them and play pat-a-paw with them.

We had a huge log store and found them in there, just after Shropshire's one and only earthquake <g>. Think the mother had moved them in fright and lost them or abandoned them. I had to feed them every few hours. It was like having a baby again and very exhausting. They got in the most tiny places you can imagine and were very entertaining! Old ladies of about 8 now.

Just these two now - one in my profile and her sister. But recently a new one has taken to sleeping in our garage and she/he was starving so we have been feeding her. She is incredibly affectionate but I feel a bit guilty about feeding someone else's cat.

hi, all. I don't mean to kill the chat, but I am in nee of prayer today. Yesterday, I got a call from my son in law saying my daughter was arrested on Thursday, She is a drug addict, and has been since she was a teen. She has been in and out of jail several times, and she has three young children.

Thats the thing with drugs, it is not your daugther doing these bad things..it is the drugs that do it, the sad thing is, the person doing the drugs are the last ones who want to get the help.

Hi Speed. Nope, I just couldn't bring myself to get another rottie. There was only one King, and he was unreplaceable. Buster, (or Budget, as he is affectionately known as) is a pure-bred mongrel. But of all dog breeds, Rotties are my absolute favourite.

hi red! i got my boyz to quit destroying their toys when i'd pick them up and cuddle them and talk to the toys like they were real...then i'd sew them up and tell the dogs to be gentle. worked most of the time unless they got to rough housing with each others toys!
no, we're still petless. I have a backyard full of deer, raccoons, squirrels, birds of all varieties, and my neighbors have dogs that i get to puppysit.
too funny LBD. the only issue I have now is like Pavlov, when I turn on the shower or Bath Teulu gets his towel and starts shaking it like he is going to kill it. I gave up and gave him his own towel.

He loves to swim (which he can not do in florida, but...it seems the water in the house is a signal of his to mess with the towel...
When our Rottie King was a pup, he got into my daughters bedroom while we were out. We came home to a scene similar to the beginning of Saving Private Ryan. There were Barbies beheaded, legless, armless, mutilated in horrific ways. It took my daughter quite a while to forgive him..

They have a set of 'professional' shoes with extra arch support...only problem with walking as you learn NOT to shuffle your feet...the shoes stick and you go head long...lol
cross have you tried Tuli's heel cups? I really like them and not very expensive. I use them for running.
