I run for 9 hours on a weekend... by this time of the week (friday) I feel tired, cause I haven't had a run for a while
on monday and tuesday, I feel very awake!
I used to run 3X/wk for 50 minutes at daybreak because Miami was so hot but that's illness, accidents, and broken bones ago! hahah

oh, and you might have missed me reporting that my cousin lost a leg in afghanistan. he is now at walter reed. he had pneumonia as a result but i guess it's improved, although his temp keeps randomly spiking. i guess one's body can have a lot of crazy reactions to such a major trauma.

Hubby poked around in some of the more inhospitable hedgerows the last two nights. So, he's been getting the Technu treatment. Have only had kitty three months. She's a year old.
She's only been out a few times and always stayed within view of the house and always came back in within 30 minutes. She just shot out the slider the other day before we could stop her.

there need to be more places like new haven's Gourmet Heaven! they have this lunch buffet bar where you just make yourself a plate and they charge you by the pound. they have fabulous fresh fruit and lots of dishes to choose from and you can have a little of a lot of things instead of most places where you just pick one sandwich or whatever. it's SO lovely.
