Actually I "snitched" a few photos from the photographers' blog by using print screen and then cropping them in mspaint.
I have a fabulous printer for my hubby's brochures and work and great flyer and photo paper, so when I print them, they look fantastic.

That's Sidney -- actually that would be from Tsawassen (the Vancouver side) to Swartz Bay (north of Sidney)
we went to victoria for a few days...then took a ferry thru the San Juan islands back to Washington state north of Seattle
And if you did that again now, you could get another ferry from Swartz Bay to Fulford Harbour on Salt Spring Island, which takes 35 minutes.

2 live on their own. Oldest lived with me from 16-23, graduated from college in May, and wants to go to grad school. 21 yr old lives with his longterm girlfriend. He attends college. 18 yr old splits time between parents and will start community college in January, I hope.

Sue, the best advice I can give you is that if you are ever in the situation of making arrangements for the death of a loved one, have another person with you to double check things.

There used to be a very good Jewish deli in one of the MPLS. suburbs that we went to occasionally; but it was torn down and I haven't had the time or a chance to find another one. My favourite?? you ready?? The bosses son, in front of all the little kids at the daycare centre, put a plastic bag over his head and pretended to choke himself... he offers the little kids $2 if they can hit him... he tells the kids, 'let's not tell Ms Tara about this!' when the kids here him swearing at other children.

Lickety is very quiet, not talking. The kids are ok, Maddi is upset of course and taking it out on me, but I am the only stablity in her life right now. Luke just keeps it all in.

not finishing this @#$% grid for one! I'm doing better tonight but was very upset this AM; The social security number on the death certificates was wrong and that delays any financial payments for Aunty's bills. I got an email from the bank this AM saying I'd overdrawn my account by about $1000

I spent the day running to banks and going to the cremation society to get that all taken care of. Luckily, Aunty had listed me on the one savings account so I was able to get enough out to cover that overdraft. A word of advice: if you have someone die; never use your own bank account to pay their bills!
Good advice.
I'm dealing with 3 banks; 4 checking accounts and 3 savings accounts. Mix that with grief and it was sort of bound to happen. I can't even remember what bills of ours I've paid this past month!

Just make sure someone's name is on all accounts either as beneficiary or joint accounts and it makes life a whole lot easier

When I did our bills I would write everything both in the register (this was pre-computer) AND on the part of the bill that I kept for our files. Saved me a couple times from paying twice!

it was very good - modern setting, very well done
I think I saw that one, but it would have been close to 30 years ago when I was toward the end of high school.

I may have to bail with well over 50 still to go. I am so tired. I don't travel well, and didn't take a nap today so I would be sleepy enough at a normal time. I am glad to be home, but wow I am getting very little done.
at some point I will have to talk to my dad about his accounts although I think he still has everything going to my stepmother (which in a way is good as that makes it not my problem)
