sprite, i take my meds an hour before i have to get up....about 30 mins after, i can actually feel my muscles relax, and i have such a lovely snooze for about 30 mins....
that is a great extra bonus.

that is very true. I remember visiting the doctor and she suggesting pain meds. I said, I am just so doggone tired all the time, I can handle the pain ok. And she laughed and said: "How much energy you think goes into handling the pain? No wonder you are exhausted."
yup, so true...we just don't relise how much energy we are puting into tolerating pain...absolutely exhausting. my GP can't work out why i'm not curled up in a foetal position in the corner of a room, screaming.
yeah, mine said about the same. And she said, that combined with the ptss, most people would have given up long ago. I was actually praised for still being alive, lol.

I get very jittery walking when it's slippery. Yak Trax are my insurance.

oh so sorry...got a long distance phone call that I had to take and I just wandered off I apologize my ADD just kicked in I do appreciate all the cancer/chemo survival info and I will read back to make sure I got it all...he has been lucky to have no nausea (pre-meds worked well) only mouth sores once that cleared right up with med lost hair, appetite but megase cleared that up so all in all he has only had chemo brain fog and fatigue and that blah taste and feeling but we heard that goes away...probably not soon enough for him...
