when I quit (several times now), I was advised to drink lots of water and fruit juice to help flush the "poisons", to take lots of showers (i.e. when an urge to smoke hit) and to go for walks (without smokes) And to look hard at people holding one, and to see how ridiculous it looks if you look long enough - all this helped.

Gr5/14ings Babblers! I have gr4/8ed most of my tiles in this not so la5/14 grid. I am almost done so he 4/5 is a story. I didn't agr 4/6 w/my pe 4/5s who told me that I should le5/10 how to be a doctor or a lawyer.I told them that was not a re4/4istic goal for me. I've always had the ur4/7 to become an ESL teacher ever since I was a te4/4ager. I became a teacher in 1998 and got my te6/21 three ye4/6s later.I don't re5/14 becoming an ESL teacher,even if I do not ea4/4 a lot of money. However, I DO reg5/14 not getting my BA in Elementary Education.It an5/14s me I dropped my major in Elementary Education and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am gr5/14 w/envy of those teachers who have multiple certifications & degrees in education because they are able to teach a ra 5/14 of several different things, however, I can only teach ESL.
