hi all, can anyone give me some salad dressing ideas please.i hate salad but am trying to eat more.i normally do a white wine vinegar olive oil and wholegrain dijjon mustard but could do with some more ideas

One of my favourites and stores well in a jar in the fridge...I use it on several types of salads, but is meant to go with my winter fruit salad.
The nice thing about poppy seeds is : you can enjoy them for hours as they loosen from your gums and teeth !!!

It must be specific to certain areas. We are at about a 50/50 split in my office. That can be a LOT of thank you notes. I have always heard notes go to people who make donations, send flowers or a mass card or who bring food to the house.
Bur I've received them just for showing up.
