cos, do the kids have emotional/mental/physical problems? i'm sorry i am out of touch with a lot of my fellow babblers.
no they dont rose but this one kid has no language at all and he did not understand why he was being punished. the other kdis went to the pool at the Ymca and he couldnt. (he hit 2 kids at dinner)

okay, he has been naughty by deliberately ignoring the rules. okay...still think, poor kid...but, as you say, he needs to learn consequences.
parents have the choice of sending kids to district schools or the school for the deaf. if they choose the deaf school., district school pays for it all.

the chemical spill is in southern west virginia - about 2 1/2 hours south of here - they should be upset bevcause it is now going down the Ohio River and is hitting southern Indiana now - but they say that it has been dilutred
now the company is saying, oh, there was another chemical in the midst but its chances of harming you are small--how do they know? So many chems were grandfathered in, it; shocking. But most things are shocking thiese days, we get complacent to the shoock.
