Clean up was a snap, and they were sooo good. Aluminum foil on cookie sheet; thinly sliced potatoes, onion, sliced butter, drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley - topped with a mixture of 3 cheeses, worchestershire saurce and chicken broth. Seal foil - make a few slits - cook for 1 hour at 400 degrees.

Its very seldom that I get annoyed by what Enable won't allow, but seriously.... no such word as 'Pogo'? What sort of stick was I jumping up and down on in my youth? (Bitterly disappointed Molly or Ru aren't on now... what an opening for both of them..) Lol

We used to use empty tin cans, with holes drilled in the unopened end, and a piece of string knotted on the insides of the tins, and going up around our necks. Home-made stilts. Good grief, if parents allowed kids to do that these days, the kids would be taken off them.
