same here adhd - he had a 'scare' about 3-4 years ago - then started to work out, lost weight, ate right, never cheated, but there's nothing to be done once it's enlarged

we called the ambulance a week ago cuz he was passing out from severe vertigo (new)... violent vomiting... fluid in his inner ears that won't clear up

he was taking bp meds, it was under control - nope, just one evening, he felt tired & sluggish, went to bed early & he had a 'heart attack' at 10pm, his partner called 911, but it was already too late - no warning
my dad had his first at 36 and was gone by 44

and the pelvic bone, ADHD. And they say it is not fractured, 'just' damaged.
and how was this damage incurred? rapid birth? large head, small pelvic opening? do they know?
well, I have 2 wonderful kids and a great husband, so I have a lot to be grateful for. I have just trouble accepting I cannot do what I used to be able to... slow learner, huh? Last year total burnout and now deep into depression and exhaustion... it is about time I learn.

I've fallen into a depression too... the only thing that keeps me sane are my online games and friends
the longer it's taking me to find full time employment, the lower I get
poor sprite... i can soooo empathize, however, i'm much older than you. last year at this time i suffered depression (wouldn't come out of my room for months, or eat, or talk on the phone, or watch tv, just sat in the dark)..
when my son was born, his head was already 'set'. Don't know the english word again, sorry... you know, when the skull bones can slide over eachother to make birth easier? That did not happen with him. And there was something grown on the lower spine, that broke off giving birth to him. He had to be vacuumed out.

and then when my daughter was born, she did not breathe and she had to be rushed out. That damaged the pelvic bone further. Bad luck all over, but they got her breathing and that is what counts.

Hugs do swimming really good for you. so is yoga, basic class, and a good instructor will tell you 'if you cant do this do it this way instead' and if they dont walk out the class and complain. i have before

In our village there is a great cat rescue organization called the Ten Lives Club, so they have adoptees at various places in town, including the vet's. There are kitten brothers, maybe 10 wks old and so DAMN cute. One is orange and one is grey, and they have to be adopted together. The staff put mini-bandanas on them. I just noodged them up yesterday.

Has anybody else read 'The Pi5/12 shop on the left bank' by T E Cathcart. It's a factual book, based around the author's experiences of buying a pi5/12from a pi5/12 shop in Paris (hence the left bank). He goes into amazing detail about how the instruments are constructed, their history etc. It's technical but so interesting - and of course there's the bonus of it being set in Paris.
In Amsterdam, as sprite will testify, there is a Cat Boat (rescue centre afloat).

we turn the class into an ocean, the kids make 4 to 5 foot ocean creatures. the parent was supposed to use the overhead to trace all the creatures in preparation. she asked to do it at home, i said sure. gave CLEAR directions. my aide had to go get the creatures yesterday, (in the middle of our center time) as the parent had gone on a week long trip. we get the creatures, find out that not only are they not labelled for each kid as asked, they're not even cut apart from the huge roll of paper. AND instead of having a side A and a side B (reversed) they were all side A! talk about stress.

This lady has alopica and she was totally bald, they tatooed eyebrows on her and they gave her this wig that was made to her head, she had a sparkle in her eye when she made her all pretty
ahh, that makes me feel good inside hearing that herin.
And the best thing was they didnt turn her into plastic barbie, they just fixed her nose which she broke as a child and lazer eye surgery as she had to wear contacts which kept getting ick in her eyes (no eyelashes) she looked lovely
i bet she feels good about herself now too. hopefully, that will help her with her health.
