i got home from work today opened the mail and there was a statement from the mortgage holder in which it showed that ian stopped paying the mortgage back on 1 august and we are now $4.5k in arrears
sorry i thought you had refinanced best get onto your lawyer he can probably sort it out with the bank and maybe put the weight on Ian to pay up , is the mortgage still in both names?
the mortgage is still in both names - i do have the refinancing ready to go but he is still being an a$$ over control of the house and wont sign the separation papers which means i cant legally change the house into my name and uplift the new mortgage
so i rang him tonight and abused him and told hiim all bets were now off and id see him in court

He has now realised what he gave up for HIS mistake and now he thinks you need to pay But ofcourse you pay for nothing very typical been through it three times now never again!!! Keep your lawyer fully informed as all this will help for the separation in the courts .

I found out that the hip pain I have been having for the last month is the result of a stress fracture!
miss the fall weather... and my friends... and the end of crab season when they are nice and fat... sigh
