Aussie: she is doing quite well! Just the occasional relapse of tiredness, but lesser and less severe every time. She also matured a lot through this illness and we grew even closer. It is for a Lead Program Manager - overseeing 4 group homes here in SC - basically managing staff issues (8 at each home and 4 consumers at each home) making sure they are doing the activities, administering meds, the houses are up to code, staying within budget, not watching tv all day, etc and then quarterly i would do plans for all consumers to make them more independent.

I did take one of these last night. It didn't do a thing for the pain and the mental effect was only to make me a bit sleepy, unlike the tramadol he had me on for two weeks a few weeks ago. But it did give me the first comfortable(ish) night I'd had in a while, because my back didn't stiffen up.
I think it'll be OK for a few days, then I get to go see the orthopedist. Oh, and I hope for good results from the acupuncture I start Thursday.

well i am 60 and have 11 grandkids. but my oldest child was a foster kid we took in when we were young and had 3 tiny kids and he was a teen. we were gluttons for punishment. anyway he is now fabulous. a cardiologist in fla. and has 4 daughters and they are from ages 14 to 3. my other 5 kids, who i gave birth to, are ages 34 to 18. and i have 7 grandkids from them ages 6 to newborn. and we have just begun. the youngest two are unmarried.
I haven't even started. Today is a slow day

once when my husband and i went on a trip and left 3 small kids with a babysitter, i was very nervous, and we would be gone for 4 days and nights, so i gave her my diamond and said "wear this. and better you should loose this than have anything happen to the three kids who are my real jewels" the kids still remember it and were shocked. and i cried to leave. but she wore it while i was gone and when i got back she gave it back to me.
