I have their dining room chairs, which are close to 100 years old now I guess. They are very rickety and quite expensive to repair but they hold such wonderful memories of all the family christmas dinners I can't bear to part with them. LOL peri! We have a special attachment on our vacuum that shows us exactly what comes out of our carpets! We vacuum every 2 days... and it is incredible what comes out in each session
I don't use decongestants. I use saline rinses and Vicks when desperate

It's a Newer antibiotic-you only take it for 5 days-two on the first day. I have had it be a miracle worker for sinus infection

I useed to get sinus infections all the time. Now at the slightest hint I use salines rinses and xylitol spray, both of which are antibacterial. So sorry tohear that shawnee! Sinus infections are so, so painful!

my biggest issue (with antibiotics) is that I have been on the most potent, intravenous antibiotic for years! So I really depend on them as I am low in antibodies

once I learnt I was allergic to acacia, I took a turn for the worse (as we moved to the edge of a national forest with 960 species)... so hayfever and sinus go hand in hand now
chewing xylitol gum has been shown to decrease middle ear infections when kids have colds
xylitol is a sugar, used in many things, but it turns out to have an antibacterial affect

It's Arrowhead Mills (made with spanish peanuts, no sugar, no salt). I do drain all the oil off and then stir it. Comes out just right.
Apparently there are schools wherein the kids can't even eat peanut butter at home for some period of time before class, because there will be 'remnants'. I hope this is urban legend.

I know I am jaded because I have no allergies, but my cousin is (theroetically) deathly allergic to sesame seeds, and was taught from age two on to only eat something if she asked an adult about its contents. Worked fine for her, and didn't restrict other children.
