actually, most were fairly similar to the publisher's p-o-v, though less - um - dramatic. Publisher wants explosions and dead cheerleaders and and and. Ayla doesn't. Unsurprisingly!

I had chronic pelvic pain, esp with periods, and ended up having laparoscopy in 1998--I was full of adhesions making ovaries, tubes, uterus, bowel all one big matted mess that had to be teased apart. 3 subsequent surgeries: hysterectomy, cysts (peritoneal, ovarian) then ovaries removed.
