Scrabbs, she is on her way to recovery. She has a follow up appointment today with the surgeon. On day 3 she had a 103 temperature which was frightening. I hope she finds out the result of the blood culture today.
If the blood culture was positive (germies) the lab would contact the doc stat--> IV antibiotics in order.

If I may delurk to ask Scrabbler, didn't you say you had an uncertified copy of the birth certificate? Most of the certificates show the issuing vital records agency some where on the certificate. Check their web site for the specific requirements to order a certified copy.
