am playing Leafgreen, so that is ancient, lady. But son has platinum and he can do all that. Some pokemon only evolve at a certain time of day near a certain rock, lol

I hate plantar fasciitis. I have had it a few times. It takes months to resolve.
Red massage can help, but depends how inflamed. Sometimes use massage with hot and cold packs works well.
I had the wrong size shoes and its pretty much gone. I put my foot in a bucket of ice water twice daily. All i can think Dinok is that it would just hurt so badly that it would only inflame it worse....
Use heel lifts/cups in both shoes. Stretch, stretch, stretch.
There are different types of massage, so a light treatment that eases the muscles. Supports are available for the arches. If it is on its way out, then massage should be good.
Now that I have prepoer fitting shoes, its almost gone who knew I now have to wear a seven, but, I have a tendency to develop adhesions.
