i remember going all over the country with my eldest, it was horrendously expensive but she enjoyed it and i managed that because i had nothing else going on at weekends

if the school organised it then surely they could have arranged a car pool or similar for the kids

The dance teachers think they are 'all that'. I refuse to pay for dance and band as it is a P&C run activity. P&C can pay for it.
