Zucchini loaf
slice in 1/4 inch rounds and saute them with onions in olive oil til tender....place the rounds in rows in a baking pan and cover with parmesan, black pepper and thyme....bake at 350 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes...very yummy
friend makes zucchini bread with crushed pineapple in it; yummy

hi again. I used to hate cleaning my old crockpot (wedding gift from the 70's, doesn't have the removeable crock). But those new crockpot liner bags are great! They make clean up a breeze
