Not really Catie...from memory I just sorted through a box of mixed frozen berries I had. Went heavy on the figs though
cranberries are supposed to be tart - i just don't understand why they add sugar - same with apricot nectar (already sweet - why add sugar?)

your legs weren't obeyng you very well last I heard
they found my liver is slightly hurt by the medication, but nothing to worry about. The x-rays for my legs and back were inconclusive and I have an appointment with a neurologist in november. Still no feeling in my feet, but walking is a little bit better now that I rest more often.

family is doing very well, especially the kids. Hubby is a bit stressed at work and has too many gout spells. And Terra is brilliant. So lovable and funny and sweet. He holds his food perfectly now. And we believe he is doing much better with his hips.

Excess vit D can be toxic but due to lack of sun in further latitudes and to use of sunscreen = deficiency

Crossy, Billy (seminoma) is near death at this time--very bad shape. Latest round of chemo wiped him out--pneumonia, kidney failure. we are holding out hope for recovery.

I have tested kids who are tired, achy, weak--all deficient and all improve with treatment.
At diagnosis he had a basketball sized tumor in abdomen pressing on a kidney. He is cognitively impaired so I believe that delayed his recognition of symptoms or his ability to describe what he felt.

They are told we can't physically hurt them (ie, back-hand) or lock them in their room (imprisonment) or stop them from doing what they want (child abuse - unspecific). My friend traveled to Cap Tourmente, Quebec this past weekend to see the snow geese gather before heading south. Ii am anxious to see her pictures. We had been there two summers ago during the summer and tried to envision the process.

the feet dont bother you so much once youre used to it. the muscles it takes to be thta graceful is astounding, though. people think of dancers (especially ballerinas) as these lithe little things, but in reality, they are SOLID muscle. total athletes.

he used to make a noise like the telephone ringing. Guests would hear and say the phone was ringing. We'd say, no that's the bird, and they'd look at us funny. We'd then explain that the bird didn't get the end of the sound quite right.
